Good tool, but still needs a little love

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me stay on top of my prospecting so much better! It tells me when a prospect is high engaged and helps me prioritize my outreachs (pun intended). It also allows me to build sequences so I can streamline my reach outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is still pretty clunky. There's so much functionality that often times the page is hard to read. Particularly if you're making calls with custom emails in a sequence. It's also still pretty slow, but faster than it was last year!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up prospecting and not letting so much slip through the cracks!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fix your UI and load times before adding more functionality! I love your product, but it can be highly frustrating. f

Full Visibility & Fast Communication

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you are able to see if someone has opened your email and how many times they have opened it. In addition, I really love the 'Snippets' feature which allows me to quickly insert some of my most common phrases/sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little glitchy, most especially the meeting/calendar feature. Whenever I send my calendar link to people, it does not work (it will say try again later). I no longer use this feature via Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear and quick communication - I have realized that I am able to power through my emails much quicker and respond to clients in a timely manner.

Outreach gets me responses while I sleep

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can set-up a sequence of emails over a long period of time to engage and re-engage a potential lead until they reply. I'm reaching out to potential customers all over the world and Outreach is smart enough to only send email to contacts during their working hours so there's a less likely chance your email is lost in the midnight shuffle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I don't like. I don't use Outreach as my entire CRM and only use it to send marketing emails and for that it's all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send tons of emails to many prospects without having to remember to follow-up. I can see when an email is opened and if they responded. You get OOO responses and Outreach is smart enough to recognize the response is an OOO and continues sending your email sequence until the sequence ends or you get a response.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy outreach because of the dialing and task experience. Loading lists and sending bulk or tailored emails is also a great perk. I love the A/B testing, and the outreach chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how siloed the data is. It's difficult to pull lists or to get an at a glance view of who's opened the emails in a large task list. Sometimes, using the search field doesn't even work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving the emailing and outreach portion of my sales process. This helps me to target specific audiences and keep up with tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows you to "Set it and Forget it!". . . except you don't forget it. You will have a more productive day by just adding your best contacts to sequences that automatically remind you to do your job....every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often you will get a glitch where a sequence will pause because of "throttling" (sending too many emails to one specific company). The glitch is when it pauses when you are not at the threshold, or it will not unpause even the next day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has become more productive, but also more focused on the right people in the right accounts. You have your call list every day and you have the emails that you need to send every day all at a glance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you implement correctly, take the time to do it right. Once it is set up your users will build their habits upon the guidelines that you have outlined.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of sending pre built sequences to incoming leads. or batch uploads to larger groups of contacts that I'm trying to reach out to. I have many different sequences built out for every different lead type. I have certain sequences for trials. and other sequences built out for webinar leads or trade shows. And being able to quickly and easily use one of my pre built sequences to do outreach to the appropriate lead type is extremely beneficial for me as I can quickly put them on a sequence that is relevant to them, and frees up my time to then do other things, while they receive the messaging they should.
What do you dislike about the product?
bounce limit only being 5% of 125 emails or more is insanely low. Thats only 6 emails! I could invite a large group of prospects to meet up or something and just like that Outreach will lock me out of sending emails for 24 hours!?! that's crazy. Even if all 6 bounces are different email domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SLA's around reaching out to incoming leads. Making sure I put a touch point on every incoming lead. Helping automate my outreach to free up time for me to do other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes I definitely recommend Outreach to others. It's the best sales outreach automation tool I've ever used peronally.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has made it so easy for me to track email and call tasks, and its seamless integration with Salesforce has made bulk importing a very fast and efficient process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my Outreach to Gmail extension doesn't work properly, and I have to re-install the extension to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the business problem of how to strategically reach out to the most leads, not letting things fall through the cracks, and not allowing folks to be put into the same sequence twice.

What do you like best about the product?
The email templates that are integrated with Gmail. They save a lot of time and being in a big company and sharing those within teams is super helpful - so we all have an unified communication and also feed from other styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequences can take some time to get used to . -how to best set them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency - repetitive work can be substantially cut down by using it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the automation for a sales process. Ultimately just makes my life much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
the integration of accounts and prospects - wish there was a better way to manage reaching out to just an account say to find the right prospect. This relates to the task workflow for accounts, wish there was a way to log a call directly under and account and be able to view it later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the appropriate contact at an organization for the sales process, in which through a campaign I can see who is interested in an email and what contents. staying in touch and on their radar even if I'm not thinking of doing so.

Make sure all team members stay up to date and are educated on new functionalities of the tool
