Outreach works. I really can't recall a time when it isn't working when I need it.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sidebar (whatever you call it) I like how quick it updates and keeps up with all the different tabs I click on in SFDC
I use the tagging system to help organize my tasks into smart views and it really helps me know when to call into certain regions throughout the day.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have more sorting capabilities. When I am in my smart views I would like to be able to sort by priority those in my views that have viewed my emails. I know from the home page I can set that as a priority but it doesn't help me when I'm trying to call into EMEA contacts only before their workday ends.
Also, I have always been curious as to why you have invested in developing an app. I know part of the main idea of your function is to integrate with things like SFDC, but I have found times when I just need to make a couple calls or even just snooze or push some tasks and I'm not at my computer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our ADM team organize and sequence our massive amounts of leads (MQC's) that come in on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is extremely easy to use and creates efficiency. I think that Outreach has the end user in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that updates would come more frequently and be announced. There are a few bugs that could be fixed like scheduling emails to be sent out. This feature has failed a few times and I have found the emails in my Draft box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the overall easy with sending emails and having the ability to track the emails. The ability to send a mass amount of emails with ease has been life saver for me.

Understand your needs to determine if you will use all of the features provided by Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can schedule my activity through sequences and make calls at a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs can be annoying at times, Calling certain countries can also be challenging but its good to see that outreach solves these problems quite speedily.

Increased amount of opportunities for the business
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Will save you time but will give you trouble calling Italy, the positives outweigh the negatives but a great scale.

What do you like best about the product?
Its great that you can put contacts into a sequence which generates tasks for you to complete and enables you to organise your day as well as making sure that your pipeline doesn't get forgotten. You can also see who has read your emails and how many which gives a rating of how interested a company is the ideas or products you are putting forward and you can then make it a priority to speak with them. Following this it also generates a high priority task when interest reaches a certain level (4 reads etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time consuming to set up and it would be good to have something that can test the email address before you send so that you don't receive as many bounced emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can contact a larger number of people in a small amount of time and set up pipeline to nurture itself in the background.

Outreach is amazing for reaching people at scale, but also allowing you to personalise messaging. It's an amazing tool and keeps me on top of my work

Email integration doesn't work sometimes

VOIP can sometimes be patchy for calls, we use multiple instances so sometimes can have a confusion between the two systems

Great workflow overall. Could use seamless LinkedIn integration.

Lots of customization options as an administrator to optimize the usage of the platform. They are continuously adding new features and have a great user community

The search function is very annoying to use (you have to have exact match of keywords) and the activity tracker is not great.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sequences - The ability to customise and send few hundred emails to my customers at once! This really helps for followup activities after customer events

I wish Outreach can include A/B testing

Good platform with most essential features
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a good solid outbound email platform that's easy to setup, use and keep running in the background. Reasonably intuitive and once set up it keep automatically running as desired. We've run sequences lasting 10+ weeks and it has worked well. Tasks for click calls etc are also available.

-The non-ability to send formated (rich text/html) emails from outreach
-Not being able to select half of all prospects and instead having to click forwards through pages
