Work smart not hard

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach automates many of the manual tasks associated with prospecting and sales development. I probably use it to 40% or it's capacity. I'm always learning new shortcuts and tips from other reps. It's really intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rulesets can be a little hard to figure out. There can be some trial and error, which is frustrating. But the platform does exactly what you tell it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that prospects are actively targeted with the correct messaging and having data to show what's working. Without it, we would be in a very tough spot as a small company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn as much as possible about the rulesets and how they affect your cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach matches my team's outbound workflow in terms of 1) automating email sequences with open rates and locations, and 2) opening up visibility between individuals to see what's working - and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Little email customization, and often the result is weird text sizing and spacing.
- Insights could be deeper, and produce more comparative between different email sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to scale our outbound email reach by X amount - sending 1000's of emails per week to 100's of accounts from only 4 individuals. This is crucial in our early stages when our team is running lean, and will certainly be useful when we scale up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend evaluating your current workflow (how manual is it?) and the volume of prospects you're trying to reach (is your goal far from reach?). Outreach is good for speeding up the pace of your work, and tracking everything you do.

I dislike that sometimes there is some hiccups that can ruin my techniques.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I get to automate a lot of my manual processes, and essentially market myself with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program can be tough to adopt by certain members of staff on the team, I think it would be valuable to provide more training for the staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping Procore with brand recognition with automating sequences.

Stop wasting energy on tracking tasks and follow up

What do you like best about the product?
I can now focus my efforts on high priority tasks such as sourcing new prospects, work outside of my sales role and following up with key leads. The tool saves me hours every day of automated outreach and follow up activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce could be better. For example, I am unable to directly create a Salesforce campaign from a Sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to focus on specific areas of my sales work and let the tool handle follow up and automated outreach that was taking up most of my time.

Evaluate how it will integrate with your current sales tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The pre-scheduling of emails to go out later on down the road. This is super helpful when you get pushback from prospects asking for you to follow up in 2-3 months time and since the emails automatically go out I don't need to add additional check-in tasks in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mass sends and the fact that sometimes emails still go out to people even if their emails have already bounced. Sometimes things get messy when you link accounts back to salesforce - especially when people switch comapanies + roles. It's difficult to clean up all the accounts/contacts in both systems. Would be nice if this synced between systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement. Outreach allows us to reach a ton of people in a much more automated way. Imagine having to send out 50-100 emails a day without some sort of automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the tool is to use, not to mention they keep adding really great features! I'm also very impressed with how quick their CX team is when it comes to answering any questions or resolving my issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike. I'd have to say that they can improve their plugin. It's stopped working for me a couple of times and it can be frustrating when you're in the middle of reaching out to a prospect

We use Outreach for sales purposes. Some of the benefits of using outreach are the ability to track email sends, opens, clicks, and cold calls.

If you're looking to scale your outreach from a sales perspective, this tool will definitely help the company scale by being able to contact more prospects with ease. It definitely makes outreach easy and efficient

There is a lot I like about it outreach but something I've been using a lot lately is the Urgent option on call backs

Honestly, I really like it and haven't had anything to complain about at this point
