Outreach Email Sequencing yeah buddy!

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to sequence. So easy and the ability to see when people open your emails is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could do my calls for me. Would be nice to have pre-recorded VM's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly prospect for new clients. Able to create new pipe fast and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it all there in front of you. Its a single source for all my sales needs when it comes to reaching out to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few technical things that could be fixed, but my supervisor has spoke to our CSM to express that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone is a lot more organized and our supervisor is able to see our metrics. We are able to test different emails and subject lines and see whats working and easily teak things.

What do you like best about the product?
Really simple to use. I can build templates on the fly and love to see when someone opens my emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing glaring really. Sometimes the pictures in my templates get bigger when I pull them up in an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our follow ups with content can take time. Using an Outreach template has cut down that time dramatically. Using Outreach for sequences is also a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really robust and does sequencing, templates, and email tracking really well. Make sure you train your sales force on it so they can get the most out of it. I have some colleagues who don't use it much because they don't know what's available.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct info, quick and easy to follow. Was able to pull up company info and pricing to show customers the deals they were getting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach out to multiple prospects in an easy fashion is huge. The tool is easy to use once you do your first sequence and the insights you get afterwards are invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first time you use it there are a lot of different options, both good and bad I guess, so it can take some time to figure it all out. If there are more training options that we could have better access to that would be something that I would like to look into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly reach out in a one to many fashion. I love this tool for helping me reach more companies quickly. This is an awesome tool for a sales person to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, tons of functionality related to email sequences, snippets, templates, the ability to see LinkedIn and relevant social media post within accounts. Reminder sequences to tickle my prospects is super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar booking tool could be a little easier to use. Toggling between gmail & creating an invite could be a little more streamline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure I am actively working through my pipeline and touch my prospects with relevant content in a systematic way.

Great Streamlined Process, Occasionally Inaccurate Tracking and Disorganized Back End

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach provides a very complete view of a prospect and account, including all activity. It makes our hunting process simple, and protects from tasks falling through the cracks by tracking all sequenced communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend of Outreach is created in a way that limits the ability to search to specific pages. For example, you can't search based on tags in every page, nor can you select and create tags on every page.

The email opens and clicks are inaccurate more often than not. It has some quirks - like allowing a user to create a call task on a prospect with no phone number. The recorded voicemail feature is far from reliable, with odd sounds and fuzzy backgrounds, as well as a long delay for the message to play!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest positive outcome of using Outreach is eliminating the need to remember tasks or followup, and the ability to automate cold outbound communications so the team can focus on strategic account based activity. The account activity is shown in a big picture view that allows for transparency we use to remove internal miscommunications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is vital to set up a company Outreach instance correctly from the get-go, as the program can quickly become bottlenecked and clumsy. Make sure to name and map fields so that Outreach can talk to other primary CRM programs.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and helps you prioritize your day. Especially from an SDR function
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting and visibility were easier to use, understand. Also, it's text based only, not HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to market. Reduction of redundant tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequence structure and features within the sequence tab are incredibly helpful for streamlining our ADR productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the analytics capabilities, but Outreach seems to be addressing this to understand how to measure success more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we are getting the appropriate amount of touches out to our prospects. We can actually not strategically prospect our target accounts with the help of Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate around the platform and add prospects to campaigns. Tasks are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate with Ring DNA very well, but I think our company is getting off Ring DNA and moving to Outreach to call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been booking more meetings and making more money with such an easy interface
