I've loved using outreach because of the easy user platform and it's extremely intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the additional information given about each of the prospects. I love being able to see location, weather and synced Linkedin information on the prospect. It gives me a lot of relevant information to break the ice with possible clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how much of this is an Outreach issue but every now and then there are issues syncing with some of the other programs I use. For example, I'll sometimes have issues with syncing to the weather.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in a position where I'm taking care of all of the account development benefits of the company. It's easy to put prospects into a sequence as well as set follow up tasks. It's been so helpful to have it organized!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used a number of different platforms for sales engagement and I've never been more satisfied using Outreach.

Improved my whole sales process

What do you like best about the product?
I like that when you click on a lead all the information you need is on the dashboard in front of you. You can see the time, number of touches, LinkedIn info and personal notes. When viewed in a smartview I can easily move on to the next person as I log an activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I try to click "overview" in the upper left-hand corner of a prospect it clicks on the home icon instead which can be frustrating. I make that mistake at least once or twice a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping better track of our leads, I'm making more dials and touches and prioritizing so much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend making the most out of Outreach. There are a lot of functions that I wouldn't initially know is there but with the help of my colleagues we've found that we can streamline a lot of the processes that we were having to do daily. It's worth familiarizing yourself with everything Outreach has to offer. In the past I have always had hundreds of overdue tasks that stressed me out and made me overwhelmed. Since using Outreach I've found that i can stay on top of my tasks so much easier than I did before. Take the stress out of the process, no more copy and pasting. There's no more need to have a window open for each lead, slowing your computer down and leading to computer crashes. Outreach has fixed almost all my problems.

What do you like best about the product?
A/B testing for templates! Templating in general is very helpful to ensure you don't lose track of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky UI at times, and things like email scheduling can get messed up. But the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To implement an outbound strategy for a very large company, follow these steps:

1. **Define Objectives**: Clearly outline what you aim to achieve with your outbound strategy, such as increasing brand awareness, generating leads, or boosting sales.

2. **Identify Target Audience**: Determine who your ideal customers are. Use data to segment your audience based on demographics, industry, and behavior.

3. **Develop Messaging**: Craft personalized and compelling messages that resonate with your target audience. Ensure consistency across all channels.

4. **Choose Channels**: Decide which outbound channels to use, such as email, phone calls, social media, or direct mail. Consider where your audience is most active.

5. **Leverage Technology**: Use tools like Outreach to automate and streamline your outbound efforts. This can help manage campaigns, track interactions, and analyze performance.

6. **Train Your Team**: Ensure your sales and marketing teams are well-trained in using the tools and executing the strategy effectively.

7. **Monitor and Measure**: Use metrics to track the success of your outbound efforts. Key metrics might include response rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

8. **Iterate and Improve**: Regularly review your strategy and make adjustments based on performance data. Experiment with different approaches to optimize results.

By following these steps, you can build a robust outbound framework that enhances your company's reach and effectiveness in engaging with new prospects.

Easy to target hundreds and thousands of prospects and be able to customize messaging and create templates. Huge time-saver. Impossible to achieve the same results manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only some minor details that need to be worked, like adding links in more places instead of trying to find a specific function in only one specific place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
40% open rates, and 20% reply across more than 3000 prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is absolutely needed to achieve high results.

Sales Automation and Templates

  • November 13, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Effective to easily build templates for frequently used emails in a closing role.

Additionally, SDRs can utilize it for campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could be improved to make it easier to navigate and create new templates. Would be useful to have a bar on top rather than the side so I can always see when emails are being opened, by who, and where they are located.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time sending emails, creating library of most effective emails. Collaborating among sales team to share best practices.

I like Outreach, but not the update

  • November 13, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is great at keeping all my contacts, information, and tasks in the same place. I really like being able to call and email from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the new update, where you cannot see the breakdown of every day, and get ahead on tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen higher productivity and the ability to keep everything in one place, it is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They really need to create more options for customization, because there are so many great tools that I have loved using, and then they suddenly disappear, and we can't get them back. I think they need to create these as options, and make it more of a customization thing.
