Great tool for email drip campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is very helpful! Also, love the ease of use when setting up a sequence. The software is very reliable - I've used other emailing tools in the past and Outreach hasn't had any issues to date for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish i could pull SFDC lists directly from Outreach rather than uploading a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send out emails to customers and the automated follow ups makes my job much easier and efficient.

Outreach is great

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting features - it's really easy to see who is opening my emails and how often so I can prioritize where to spend my time.

The real-time feed on the right is also a great feature! Keeps you on top of how emails are being received.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out...I've used Salesloft and Yesware - Outreach, so far, has been a much better experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The obvious business problem is sending out a lot of emails quickly and efficiently. The less obvious one though is while going through cadences now, it's really easy to see who has been engaging with emails (opening, clicking, etc...) so on the fly I can decide if I want to spend an extra few minutes personalizing a note or not depending on the level of engagement. By sending more personalized emails only to prospects who are opening and engaging with my emails I've seen a huge uptick in responses and meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sequences for each company instead of bulk emailing.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, very user friendly. Great to have the ability to tweak delivery schedules and see all the contextual prospect info I need when executing call tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many operational issues. Pushing and pulling to salesforce dependent on triggers but very little guidance from support about how to manage it when errors arise (which has been often for our team). It would be lovely to be able to talk to a human being and ask for help, instead of sending an email, and waiting, and struggling to explain what's happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for targeting high volume of prospects with automated, but customized messaging.

Not so great for calling, call tasks double up on our salesforce with our own activity log.

Makes prospecting easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The set it and forget it usefulness of the tool. I never have to worry about tedious follow up unless there is genuine interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times I will get replies that don't register in the system and those folks will remain in the sequence and continue to get emails even though they shouldnt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes prospecting a lot easier. It allows me to focus the majority of my time on finding new business and only following up with those that have expressed interest.

Very useful tool from a prospecting perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating mass outreach, following up on previous outreach, tracking opens and responses
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to send group emails rather than have to cc everyone. Also, only the main person gets that activity logged

Creating awareness about Giant Media. Lots of meetings scheduled with people that I have not met in the past

Maximizing my productivity

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to upload a CSV and add contacts to sequences I have set up. The most useful part of the product to me is cloning sequences. This allows me to be much more effective at hitting a good amount of new prospects without having to do much manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
A problem that I keep having is with my gmail toggling. At times I have to reach out to your support to find out why my sequence did not send; but luckily you have a great support team that has always answered my questions quickly. A second thing that I think is clunky is the search for sequences. You need to be precise and exact on your search term or nothing will populate. It makes sense but in a perfect world not everyone can remember the exact wording they used for a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving is scaling our sales organization without having to hire bodies to fill our seats. With outreach we can keep a lean small team and still hit the numbers that you would see in a bigger sales org.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability of the tool and how interactive it is. Shelbi also did an exceptional job training my teammates and I on its best uses and such. Also love that you can view how active the receivers are in number of opens, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the threat of stopping the sequences once we reach a certain number of bounces -- for the amount of emails we are putting out I could do with only a warning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching a large number/market, being able to see when the email is opened, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend getting the proper training and then playing around with the tool and following up with a brief training afterwards as there are surely more questions to arise once you get going with Outreach.

I like the support.. its amazing. Always there to help out and accommodate.

Sometimes there are glitches when it comes to delivery of emails.. but this has only improved over time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time in the day, allowing us to maximize our productivity.

Its amazing, and allows us to make sure we are touching every single customer.

We Churned After Piloting

What do you like best about the product?
The Outreach platform is based on a very cool concept...finally a way to automatically execute and track outreach campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor integrations with Salesforce mean that my Outreach platform was NOT the source of truth on customer relationships. As a result, we committed multiple errors that ruined potential relationships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not realize any benefits, as we churned after piloting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In its current form, Outreach may be useful for SMB and mid-market sales teams. But, long-standing enterprise sales dev teams will find that your account relationships and history will not translate to Outreach, making it likely you will overlook past events when reaching out to prospects.
