Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's straightforward to set up campaigns. The steps are laid out very well, and the team is always there to help if you have trouble.
I also enjoy the variable fields you can add to the emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with Salesforce doesn't pull all the details, and you must "force pull" from the platform. I wish there were an easy way to see which prospects don't have a complete profile so I can batch-pull them immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see if the clients are opening our emails, especially the ones who've gone quiet. As well as allowing us to target ex-clients to bring them back without manually having to constantly check in and risk annoying them.
Outreach was great until the last update

Outreach before last update was so great but now:
- You need 2 times more click to do the same thing
- responsiveness of the platform is not good
- the pale new colors chosen impact the UX
- 50% of my Calls have perf issue
- Don't use the new features added

Outreach enables me to handle easily a lot amount of emails and calls when doing my outbound. As well as tasks management

UX Interface (not user-friendly at all - can't create great layouts at prospect page, resulting in many different filters)

Email scheduling and tracking / tasks tracking / calling schedule
Brilliant tool to prospect
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes my prospecting easier; it automates my sequences, my tasks, calls, I can do some AB testing for my sequences too, I can see which prospect is engaged the most and which prospect is calling me back. It's just brilliant!

I started using the tool a month ago, so far it's been great :)

Our team needed a tool that would allow us to : be fast, track prospects' engagement, receive callbacks, automate sequences, all in one place.

Effective.
What do you like best about the product?
Task flow functionality makes it incredibly easy to remain focused without switching back and forth between windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few quirks that make it a bit complicated to learn at first, mainly, just knowing how to use specific functions in the right places. Example would be certain sequence options are only available in specific parts of the Sequences section of Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps with email outbounding in so many different ways - the data/statistics you receive from it give you valuable insights that you'd otherwise not have. Connecting the dots for triggers becomes much easier when you have a tool like Outreach. The UI is overall pretty good, and you're able to set a ton of different parameters up to ensure best practices for you and the rest of the team.
A great tool for Sequencing
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how everything you need to get done for prospecting can be done in Outreach. I create sequences with ease, get detailed reporting and I'm able to connect with all of my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is no way for me to see who the inbound calls are coming from- it won't attach to a prospect. I would also love for there to be a way to collaborate on sequences within outreach

Outreach gives us a platform to make calls, send emails, create outbound cadences, and report on our BDRs activity all in on place. It allows me to record calls and provide coaching for my BDRs and an easy way to see how many accounts/prospects mt BDR are working at a time
Terrible outbound tool, pathetic support
What do you like best about the product?
Not much honestly, this CRM has caused more pain than good. Support is robotic, lousy and can't even show up to a scheduled call.
I can't wait for our Rev Ops to evaluate other CRMs.

Having used 3 CRMs before as a sales rep, never once have I spent so much time resolving issues with their support team.
Their UI for outbound is terrible, the tiny window for sending emails that can't be maximised.
Several issues in the last months. Calls not being recorded, calls not showing up on your activity, many more.
Today I had a call scheduled with Ayesha from the support team and she didn't even show up nor reply to my email during the scheduled slot.
Please avoid this tool at all costs.

Outreach is supposed to be an outbound tool, but so many things break on the platform you start wondering why so many companies purchased this tool. I've never spent so much time dealing with CRM issues as a rep.
Mostly positive. A few issues.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to sequence to streamline outreach.

When I make a change to one person in the outreach view the whole page refreshes, it really slows down my editing process.

I am very busy in my sales role and it helps automate some of those outreach processes which is very helpful.
Helpful for sending bulk emails and calendarising them

It's easy to use once you get a hang of it. Also, you don't have to keep reminders; there's a way to schedule every email sent with managing templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, initial onboarding to the tool wasn't that smooth. That could have been better with tooltips.

As a CSM, when managing multiple accounts and having to draft daily emails to many clients, it gets really tough to track all of them. Outreach has helped to calendarise and schedule my email-sending job beautifully.
Use outreach to simplify communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Outreach helps me stay organized. The scheduling features make it easy to plan communications far in advance, which helps save time and money efficiently. For salespeople with limited resources, the tool provides an effective way to strategize outreach efforts. In addition, the reporting feature allows you to see if prospects are engaging with emails by tracking open rates and click-throughs, giving you a better idea of what messages work best before leads become customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to keep Outreach as a useful resource because it was neglected during Visier's ownership. In addition, the high turnover rate of both account managers and customer service representatives makes it incredibly difficult to get support - we're often forced to rely on virtual messaging for help with time-sensitive issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach, I'm able to easily track the progress of my leads and ensure that none fall through the cracks. This helps me save time on prospecting by making sure I'm only focusing on those contacts who are interested in what I have to offer.
