Outreach IO is a great prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use was definitely my favorite about outreach. It was so simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the emailing restrictions made it difficult. You couldn't load more than 2,000 prospects at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really made prospecting a breeze. Rather than manually emailing, you could create cadences and let the software do the work for you.
Best way to reach new customers and stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tracking it has on contacts, the quick ability to upload and add them to a sequence to ensure you hit them with a phone call, email or LinkedIn message.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind, it does everything I need an outbound tool to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all my contacts in one location, keeps track of call and email history so I know exactly who said what, while keeping me on track to hit goals.
Outreach is Good
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and that everything is easy to find like accounts, contacts, and outbox is great, cause I get to see details about the emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team reports are not updated live, there is some lag on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach basically makes it way easier for us to talk to customers. It's like one handy tool that just clicks right into our Salesforce CRM. Our sales folks can make calls, send emails, see who they're supposed to be talking to, set up follow-up plans, and even see how well things are going. So instead of jumping between a bunch of different apps, Outreach does it all in one spot.

Saves us money: We don't need to pay for a bunch of separate tools.

It works well for organizing sales activities
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach syncs well with Salesforce and presents a good way to keep our sales team organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building reports in Outreach is quite difficult and the way tasks function isn't always the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitating calls, recordings, tracking and reporting on activity. It gives us insight that we previously were unable to get about the performance of our sales emails and calls.
Outreach is okay
What do you like best about the product?
I like outreach - it has helped us with our SDR team to focus on tasks and cadences, we use it every day and it is in important tool, it is quite easy to use and to set people up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach support has not been great, our CSM has not been amazing and has not supported with set ups we have here and how to make things work around our current set up - being a large company with different processes, it can be hard for a small team to make big changes that impact the whole company in order for things to work.

I love that Outreach connects my emails, prospects, leads - everything from emails to phone calls to salesforce

Nothing so far -- outreach has been great!

Outbound call tracking, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, no more missed phone calls or tracking down leads phone numbers, no more wondering about emails being synced
Stagnant Product + Unhelpful Staff
What do you like best about the product?
It does the basics well: Sends sequences, syncs with other martech and has a solid admin dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The engage product is stagnant. Looks to have the same features, UX, integrations and issues as it had 5 years ago. Frequent requests for a product roadmap or understanding how AI is involved is glossed over by the CS team and the AEs talk grandly about all the featured of the tool - and how industry leading it is - but shy away from demonstrating this. This is confounding.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and makes it simple to follow-up with prospects. Especially great with Chorus integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes depending on the geography you might have trouble using the telephony feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and easy to follow-up with prospects with the entire history of the conversation. Integration with the CRM makes is very easy to keep all the prospect notes in one place.
The best tool to automate your sales sequences
What do you like best about the product?
That I can focus on calling and reach out to more customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that much actually, I am quite happy with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates sequences so that I don't have to manually send emails, instead those are sent automatically depending on each step of the sequence

What do you like best about the product?
Just overall very good features & functionalities, including good reporting. We use Outreach on a daily basis and so far the integrations are pretty good.
