Best outreach tool for sales reps everywhere

What do you like best about the product?
It's honestly the best. The other competitors like SalesLoft, Groove (which is especially terrible) and others cannot hold a candle to outreach's capabilities.

The UI, the dialer being in platform, the smooth sequence editing, it's awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally always has an update and has an annoying pop up banner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me solve the problem of making cold calls through my CRM, adding contacts to sequences seamlessly, and tracking email opens and replies.

What do you like best about the product?
The system set in place seem to be made by people that really understand CRMs and what CRM users would need.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is lacking some features but I am confident they will come through!

Great Prospecting Tool with Many Features

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great platform that integrates with many other useful tools for a sales organization. It allows for automatic email/call sequences to occur and it is very easy to use platform. I love the simplicity and navigation tools to set up sequences and call steps to properly contact customers and potential customers. I love the notifications as well. This allows me to see who has clicked, replied, and opened the emails to have "warmer" leads than initially expected too. Overall a great tool for a sales organization to have!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I dislike about Outreach. One thing I could mention would be the large amount of homepage buttons that can get overwhelming, but once a user has some experience, they can use those features to their advantage. This could include the snippets, templates, and reports tab. However, they are very easy to use and understand once trained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our main tool to prospect and sequence. I love that I can create a sequence once, and continue to add new prospects without having to do much after it has been initially created. This allows for easy tracking of leads and ensuring that tasks are not missed and each prospect is contacted the properly amount of times before disregarding them.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic email throttling and engagement data is very helpful for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach can be glitchy at times. The screen will skip around when trying to hover over prospects to find out details such as email or phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mass emailing is easy with outreach and time consuming without the tool

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a single pane of glass for sales - it's not just an incredible automation platform for emails (it is that) but it's incredible for pipeline management by using it's custom task creation and prioritization features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform can sometimes feel sluggish, but there's a lot of data going in and out so it's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me to maximize close rates on deals and generate more pipeline. Not necessarily in that order.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of my activities is in one area where I can look through each one. I use it all of the time, 24/7 and there are so many great features. I love that you can edit contacts and have it integrate with Salesforce. It is so easy to implement new processes here.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it sometimes freezes but it is still good.

It is helping solve communication barriers.

Nothing in particular except that as a user I don't have the control to customise it, however, its a great tool altogether
