Very useful for task management and keeping accounts organized
What do you like best about the product?
The UI, sequences, task management, templates, and account organization features are all things that make my day easier. Easy to use and easy to learn for newbies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to really dislike one part about outreach's sequences. You used to have to manually add a task in at the bottom of a sequence then move it up one space at a time but now you can drag and drop. I don't dislike anything anymore!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I reach out to a lot of people in a day, week, month, and year so I need a tool that can easily track and organize that. Outreach does the trick.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all prospects and any correspondence you had with them. It is also great for setting reminders and meetings. Its syncs wonderfully with SFDC and LeadIQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are small glitches but nothing major that doesn't happen with all technology. Most of the time, it is resolved quickly, and I can resume work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is allowing me to have an organized workflow and track everything. It is a great tool for integrating new prospects and leads. It allows me to open a lead's file directly from my email without searching for them.
Poorly functioning "enterprise" app
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are easy to set up. Integrated dialer. Easy to work through tasks for the end user.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is awful. Cannot easily see why people are responding to a message.
Web app is so slow and laggy. If it could perform page loads in under 5 seconds, that would be a win. The integration with Salesforce is extremely slow.

I love how I can have an extension that integrates with Salesforce.

Outreach is solving the problem of having disorganized leads and tracking - now I have my reach outs organized by sequence, and am able to track my calls.
Great Product - sometimes too many features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for integration with Salesforce and other tools. I love working with the campaign features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many features at times - meaning it can be hard to find what I want. We are redoing our Outreach deployment to make this easier.

Tracking our conversations with customers and working to make sure we deliver consistent messaging.

Some voip features could improve: at the moment you have to wait for the V/M recording to beep to send pre-recorded V/M.

I wish it did not tell me I need to do a task before it is actually due, that does throw me off a little.

Having used a couple of alternatives I will never use anything else (if I have a say).
Outreach works well and more importantly the extension works great too when in SF.

If I had one gripe, it would be the UI could be improved.
It does take a bit to get familar, or re-familiar, with and certain things like closing out a task window causing everything to revert to where it was (if you navigated away) can be annoying

Outreach tracks, schedules, and does everything for any sales engagement flow you need. Very easy to creat a "sequence" of steps whether calls, emails, or linkedin touches and then follow through to keep on top of things.
Good product for getting leads
What do you like best about the product?
Once you create a campaign to reach out to your potential clients, you can automate the multiple emails to follow up your initial message. You can track who has opened it and who not.
What do you dislike about the product?
To create campaign you need someone to show you or direct you with doing so. I found that this could be a bit more intuitive. Also there could be a link to add the list of recipients from the campaign you have created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get to use it for reaching out to our clients with information about promotions and new features of our products. It gets reaching out to the list of recipients easier and also allows you to track it.
