Excellent tool for Sales Automation

What do you like best about the product?
Very tight integration with CRM like Salesforce.The integration is very seamless in terms of capturing data from Salesforce to Outreach.
It also works very well with email and Sales Navigator and is very responsive inlead capturing.
It makes the entire sales process very streamlined with capabilities like lead and account management, sequences, calendar etc.
The documentation available for the platform is very comprehensive
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not intuitive and very dull and boring.
Their support team takes a very long time to respond and is not always helpful in fixing issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to automate a lot of processes within our sales cycle.
It also helps drive insights from our outreach and do A/B Testing on sequences which had drastically helped to improve our conversion and reply rate.
It also allows you to make calls so we don't have to use another tool for international calls.

Good for sequencing emails, but buggy

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build outbound sequences across email, linkedin, and phone. I like creating lists that I can easily figure out who to dial if I have a 30min block in my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Dialer is not clear. It sounds crinkly when calling folks, which is not good for either person.
2. The gmail integration does NOT work when scheduling emails to be sent in future. It's not reliable which means I do not schedule my emails to go out when they'll get the most engagement.
3. For whatever reason Outreach disconnects from my Gmail at least once a week. I've filed multiple support tickets and it never seems to get better.
4. The platform is complex. Reps need more enablement on how to best use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create and manage sequences. Tons of functionality and value add features

Can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know how to leverage complex software products

What do you like best about the product?
CRM integration, also works with popular RevOps frameworks and platforms like Clari for making Deal Inspection more streamlined, if you want to break down Silos between Marketing Ops, RevOps, SalesOps, and Sales and your SDR or BDR teams - in particular when you need to GTM in regions where customer data and intent signals are gold (Europe), found Outreach to be the best one - in comparison to Xant (inside sales) etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i had a Mobile App interface as well, and natively running Campaigns and Sequences on the Iphone - maybe in the future, we can get Mobile OS parity and integration, also tighter controls on CRM double opt outs, and opt in control would be a bonus (especially for us GDPR aware Sellers)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tigher Pipeline Generation; Regional Prospecting, building campaigns and integration across teams without Silos - tight coupling into the CRM and Revenue Operations of the SaaS GTM

The worst experience with an AE

What do you like best about the product?
Probably, it's one of the strongest sales tools out there
What do you dislike about the product?
Communication with an AE is absolutely terrible. Rude, arrogant, not interested in talking to a potential customer at all.

What do you like best about the product?
So far I have not seen anything that makes it look any better than others
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating cadences does not make sense from a UX/UI perspective - unable to drop and drag tasks. What should take 20 mins took over an hour!

Another stupid thing is the way you are expected to listen to live calls. As a manager you need to go to "in progress" calls and constantly refresh the page - what the hell???

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag prospects associated with accounts. The ability to easily tag prospects to a specified account. The research notes you can add to both the account and individual prospect level. The integration with salesforce that allows you to batch plug in large sets of data. The sequencing and tasks creations. Outreach allows for all the flexibility that you wish salesforce had with the speed and reactiveness that you'd want from your CRM or prospecting tool. It is my go-to and favorite prospecting tool and there are other features that I didn't mention that I use and are extremely helpful for my day-to-day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data integration isn't completely accurate or it takes a couple of minutes to integrate salesforce contact data into outreach. Not a big issue though or a deal breaker at all for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach solves the problem of organizing data on prospecting accounts and opportunities - whether that's tagging them for a specific campaign, the research notes, contextualized data about research on the account, activity history, scheduled tasks, bulk composed outreach, etc.

Great Sales Lead Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do do all aspects of lead managment in the platform without having to also pull up other serverices is hugely helpful and practical to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the UI are not that great. You can be in the account tab, click one button and end up on the prospect page.

It's also frustrating you can't see previous emails sent to a prospect when adding a new email to the same email chain in outreach like you can in Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single platform that allows me to conduct systematic outreach to my prospects in less time to reach more contacts and drive more business.

Making calls through my laptop with a local number assigned, sending emails, email tempates, and setting up sequences is critical to my work.

The worst SaaS product I have ever used.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a list of prospects is ok - seeing previous threads works ok - not much else good to say about this product it's pretty bad.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is so bad - sets out to help be more productive but makes teams way less productive. The bugs and badly thought out features never seem to end.

There are endless bugs with salesforce integration it works about 5% of the time max - do not use if you will rely on this integrating with salesforce. The bugs are endless and support teams just tell you that it's because of other chrome extensions when it is clearly not.

It's awkward to use and hard to get into a productive flow - just really badly designed overall. Good for sales leaders for reporting I guess but awful for BDRs who have to put up with this all day and really affects their productivity. Would go with any other competitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequences are pretty useful.

Unusable after latest update. Total garbage - don't bother

What do you like best about the product?
Used to be top tier sales engagement software, but the team there is so focused on expansion that the core product has been completely neglected. Unusable after the latest update - we've got 400+ reps on this and I am writing up and RFP to send to other vendors as we speak. Outreach has become so big it's turned to garbage. 100% do not recomend
What do you dislike about the product?
Service and support is awful / useless. They nickel and dime you for everything. Licenses are crazy expensive compared to competitors. Constant design and interface changes that make it impossible to use correctly, and the CSM would rather upsell you then fix their crap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use (not for much longer hopefully) outreach on our sales team. Wish we had bought Salesloft instead, outreach is a 500k headache
