Outreach is the #1 sales tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences! Sequences are like a conveyor belt ensuring your tasks are done on time and in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
The newest update was a little strange but still very strong product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach, internet phone, zoom phone extension, and email tracking
Mostly enjoy it, but still don't want to settle for other platforms

I enjoy the functionality and reporting available. The analytics are great compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site itself is a bit clunky. November 2022 they released a site update. It made finding everything a bit more complicated, but it did improve the overall look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty easy sequencing platform with open read tracking and calendar syncing. The bilateral sync has been an issue at times, but they're working on it.
Highly Recommend Outreach for Email Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows our team to use templates and sequences to automate their outreach process and we can monitor success metrics and make changes on the fly. We also like that we can view email engagement live.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email plugin requires reconnection every so often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can personalize email and follow-up communication and monitor team performance of templates, sequences, and more. This allows the team to get more meetings and reach out to a greater number of individuals.
Automation and Insights for a streamlined process
What do you like best about the product?
I love that outreach allows my team to send emails, sequences, track opens and engagement and has all of the reporting on success rates. We can upload templates and build out email sequences for automating touchpoints. We can also see metrics on which emails are doing well or not. I love seeing when emails are being opened but specific individuals and where they are opening them from. The email plugin I perfect too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much here. The platform forces you to update your password every once in a while so will log you out if you haven't changed.

Allows us to automate our teams outreach and email process throughout the sales cycle.
Pretty good tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. You can build sequences quickly and they work well. Adding new team members is also pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a few limitations. One of the clearest is that it doesn't have an SMS feature, much less two-way. It's also on the pricier side. Their customer support also lacks quality, very slow to respond and resolve things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first, when we heavily relied on cold calling it was very effective there. The fact you can build campaigns easily and quickly on it meant that we could test multiple things at the same time and easily track what worked and didn't work.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use and has a lot fo great features for setting up sequences.

The admin management is not very user friendly.

Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce and LinkedIn and the intuitive Outreach UI made using the platform seamless.

Not much to dislike, the platform definitely had more to offer than what I was using on a daily basis.

Making prospecting a lot more efficient and less boring manual tasks.
An Essential Email Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates well with different software, which is a fantastic tool. It definitely helps with productivity and customer success.

Sometimes it doesn't respond quickly and tends to slow down the workflow````````````````````````````````````````````````

It is to increase our online presence and drive traffic to the site. We use it to get customer reviews
Helps with outbound activity and prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like outreach for the ability to organize tasks as well as set up meetings. Great tool to save time when emailing a large number of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the outbound emails and calls are associated with spam. When prospects receive emails or calls, it notifies them of a spam alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves times, organizes activities and allows me to make more calls everyday. Great for reporting from a management stand point as well.
