The integration with email, salesforce, Dialpad, and LinkedIn is seamless

What do you like best about the product?
Regardless of where I start my communication with a prospect or client (Dailpad, G-mail, Outreach, Salesforce), it is all sync'd and easy to see activities, open sequences, and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The push/pull of data between Outreach and Salesforce is not always seamless, such as when contacts and accounts change ownership. But I believe this to be how the company admin has set it up. Meaning it's all configuration based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly interact with prospects and clients, especially in volume. The other nice feature is the sequences, templates, and snippets - as well as how these elements are available in email.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very organized and easy to navigate. I also love the training material that they provide which is easy to understand and follow

Some of the information seems to be too much at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Making calls and sending out emails with sequences. It's easy to use in order to book meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is wrong with the software. It works just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to book more meetings by creating sequences of contacts so I can do cold calls and emails

I don't like that the email font is not the same font as my general email - makes it look automated

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and initial setup. Like the dynamic graph.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too stable - needs to refresh often, especially when changing filter creterias. Need a better reporting capability and export to excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is able to integrate with D365 well, especially with the look-up values field.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used outreach as an AE and now my sales team uses Outreach. It's great because a lot of my new hires have had previous experience with Outreach, which makes training and onboarding a lot easier. I've had good experiences with their sales and support teams. Their online chat is also really quick and convenient. The gmail integration is great even though I have to refresh my browser often to reconnect it, but that's more of a gmail thing rather than an outreach thing. I love the outreach chrome extension, ease-of-use, snippets, and google calendar integration. Outreach is definitely a must-have for me and my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process for bulk uploading contacts from Salesforce into Outreach is slightly more cumbersome than other tools I've used. Other than that there's nothing I dislike about Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps us automate follow-up and outbounding efforts to maximize efficiency. I can't imagine how long our process would take without it.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Outreach was being able to customize emails and setup sequences with just a few steps. I was able to close more deals in a shorter amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it would let you see who opened your emails from your mobile device and directly from your Gmail for ease of convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helped me stay on top of follow up without wasting a ton of time. I was able to present what I needed and, from there, send and go. I received many replies
