Outreach is a must have when it comes to prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and really streamlines my processes.

No dislikes at all. Outreach is the best!

Outreach is helping me stay orginzed with my prospecting motions. It provides valuble insight into the strenghts and weeknesses of my messaging.
Really good tool for scheduling emails and being on top of cadence!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has really good features and functionalities with regard to scheduling emails, creating different cadences, the ease of adding contacts from salesforce to the cadence as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such yet that I think can be changed. It's been pretty helpful. For the sake of mentioning though, I can say the UI can be a little more friendly than it already is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The Salesforce integration to figure out who is in active cadence, and who need to be reached out to
- Ease with which you can edit, create, delete and add people to cadences
- Scheduling emails is an easy thing in Outreach as opposed to any other tool.

Super useful tool for enabling powerful Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability of the system to setup powerful Sequences & at the same time, link your Linkedin Sales navigator account and send invitations to the prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no automated way to drive customers to a different sequence-based on their opens & click rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating multiple levels of touch points with prospects automatically and also managing multiple sequences at once, setting up a new sequence is very simple and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is very helpful to show which users are performing and which aren't. It helps you not have to micromanage a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to refresh every time you have added information and prospects to the sequence due to it being a Cloud-based system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team has easy dialer functions and is able to disposition the call easily and see the next steps in sequence.
Lightly used but useful tool. Has potential for more.

Bulk email is the main tool I use, Tasks are handy to use I just personally forget to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of making email lists or filtering prospects. When bulk composing I have to go through the list and deselect extra emails or opted out emails is time consuming.

Easily outreaching most of my book to keep coverage up.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequence insights are great to inform you of what is needed from a response rate standpoint, where we are seeing in our touches we are losing interest and need to rewrite content to uplevel the sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to measure top performing sequences per team and those that respond in sequences being able to tie them to meetings set from the initial sequence they were in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to continue to reach broad audiences with a micro focus with sequences that hone in on what it is that is pertinent to that particular prospect that we are after.
Amazing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Smart task prioritization, easy selection of localized or personal phone, SFDC integration saves time on logging, customized sequences for keeping track of nurturing

The price of the platform is on the higher side of the scale

I use outreach to easily follow up on all my accounts with actionable and prioritized tasks to make sure nothing slips through the cracks of my busy schedule.
Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the UI. Creating templates, running sequences, and bulk composing is pretty straightforward. Some of the data reporting is also useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish outreach would tell me the best time to reach a prospect AND have an auto function to send the email (or complete the task) during that time window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk compose and sequencing are my most used features. This solves a lot of manual work and gives me more time to do other things.
If email deliverability is good this works great!

How difficult it is to import a list from salesforce or another source.

Nothing really at all. I really like the service.

Automated emails help with time management. My task view lays out my entire day so I don't really have to think at all.
