Great tool for prospect new and existing Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the process is mostly automated which allows me to prospect more efficiently and get some time back in my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it could find tune some of the small things as far as automatically updating contact information and allowing more sources to cross check the Contact information accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our Prospecting more efficient and allowing us to reach more customers and therefore create more appointments and Sales Opportunities.
Some things are a bit confusing however I do think it is a valuable tool to have!
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of Outreach as a supportive tool allows me to be more efficient at my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are confusing and hard to get the hang of. For instance sometimes it gives me the contact and sometimes I have to search for it. I would like it save the contact so that I don't have to search the same one every time.

Excellent Prospect Engagement Software
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows our reps to automate prospect engagement and log their actions in SFDC. The software has robust internal features that complement an Account Based Marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach's setup was cumbersome but that is more a result of the depth of the platform than genuine user-unfriendliness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is allowing our reps to have greater efficiency in sequence management and targeting specific processes. Automatically logging actions taken into SFDC grants the Business a better view of activities and spares sales reps time in their day.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the best for my task organization and prioritizing tasks that need to be done sooner are or are marked with high engagement from the prospect. I can track sequences and automate lots of outbounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Outreach can be a bit tricky when it comes to reporting, I wish there was an easier way to sort (i.e through only phone numbers marked valid). I also have a hard time with prospects who work at several different companies as their profile meshes and only has room for one "company" assigned to their profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is allowing me to automate a big chunk of my outreach through placing prospects into sequences (I start in Apollo and make lists then push them to Outreach for automatic emailing), it saves me time and helps me organize mass emailing.
Outreach is an excellent platform for outbound business development.
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach keeps BDRs focused and organized in their prospecting efforts. It allows our organization to create consistent messaging and put our best foot forward. As BD Director, it provides me with visibility around BDR activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not super easy to analyze rep sequence performance. Would love more visibility around what is working so that we can maximize outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach solves for ensuring that a high volume of outbound activity is occurring on a daily basis, which benefits us in terms of reaching more prospects with quality messaging.
Clunky design with many bugs, but overall gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Outreach is its close connection with Salesforce and its plugins that will directly add leads/contacts into Outreach from Salesforce quite easily (most of the time)
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is very clunky and often many features won't work without having to close Outreach and try the whole process again - assigned tasks disappear and are not immediately apparent - the layout of features is miserable. It's difficult to find a specific message or assign a contact/lead to a sequence if they have already been contacted by someone in the past. It's incredibly frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they are trying to solve mass email campaign issues and manage the communication to prospects, but this hasn't yielded very good results for me personally - the clunkiness of the program and the sequences with auto-generate GDPR/CCA lingo gives away to prospects that this is an automated email service
IT can help automate certain tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I think the ability to add more media files like GIFs is a massive plus to an email campaign. the fact that you dont have to do these manual tasks helps alot when it comes to sending out emails

An optout - less seq - the opt out makes it seem like a bot - the manual option gives me the chance to change it but manual emails still take too much time compared to the automated sequence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping me get more meetings and helps me prospect with scheduled sequences. It has given me a leg up in my company. my fear is that it looks too robotic but i still will take it over anything manual
Superb Sales Automation Tool

I love that I can automate so many of my marketing efforts and it helps me prioritize who to follow up with

Sometimes the email opens are not accurate due to email filtering systems

It helps me reach more prospects and frees up my time to be more strategic in other efforts
Great way to prospect.
What do you like best about the product?
An efficient way to keep a hand on the pulse for prospecting and getting a quick access to contact information. Also, helps with review of prior interaction with prospects as well as ongoing communication from other team members (e.g. BDRs) to avoid confusion and duplicating efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a major issue by any means, but some old sequences (from prior Account Executives) get stuck in different stages before completion, and need to be "Finished" manually before a new sequence can be assigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps with mass emailing. I rely on it heavily for cold prospecting and for keeping warm prospects and existing clients updated on our events and special deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic tool for prospecting, mass emailing, and keeping track of email closes, opens, calls etc. Outreach is a must-have tool for any business to be successful. Integrates well with a variety of different software as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the cost per call. We had to work with another company to make our calls, disrupting the flow and process. Other than the cost per call, Outreach is a great tool I recommend to anyone looking to grow their business!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the automated email and follow-up issue and is saving me a lot of time. I can connect with far more contacts with Outreach, which has helped with my sales numbers.
