What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard is very simple to navigate, not overburdened with text and numbers. Colour scheme makes it very easy to decipher, present and make decisions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more native integations / extensions would make it even more effective. Possibly an option to be able to request data points that are not currently there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly being able to centrally manage all the information in the company and be able to present it to multiple business divisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The tags, the sequences, the reporting - everything is super intuitive and works fantastic. Overall, the workflow is really easy. ive used other platforms such as Groove and outreach is 1000 times better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs, but nothing major. overall, im a huge fan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are streamlining the way my team sends out strategic messaging. They are automating the process and making reporting and insights super easy for us to view.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to put people into email campaigns, the ease at which we can do this is quite astounding
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on the number of emails per user and per org- these are way too low for a SMB like ours

Incredible Sales Engagement Software

What do you like best about the product?
Native integration with Salesforce, with many options to select what should and should not be synchronized with Salesforce. Even records deleted from Salesforce are removed from Outreach automatically.
Regarding usability, we can select phone numbers from different countries and create email templates with variables (which are updated according to the record data).
Outreach also integrates with Outlook, so BDRs can book meetings directly from Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a considerable limitation for filtering, which can be annoying sometimes. Also, we miss a Calendly integration as well. Another thing that we miss is an Auto-Dialer and a Predictive dialer service. Moreover, the reports are not so customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Develop a Sales Engagement process with our BDRs and AEs. They can do almost everything they need with Outreach, and the data is automatically saved in Salesforce.
The sales team can create sequences with a variety of tasks (LinkedIn inMail, Calls, Meetings ...) with no need to switch among different systems.

It is a good tool if you just want to automate email campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Should you want to :
- Use the insights and reporting of your campaigns
-Change the time your email is sent for specific prospects
-Copy past an outlook email in Outreach
-Make sure that the contacts you add to sequences want to be contacted (not adding contacts that explicitly said they did not want to contact), ....
-Much more...

It is not the tool for you. It is a tool that looks good on the surface, but when you start using it daily, you will very quickly see the limitations. There are lots of better alternatives out there ...

What do you like best about the product?
I love Outreach's customization options and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is designed for a certain sales process that is email heavy. We have a campaign sales process that requires transactional cold calling and it did not work very well with how outreach is designed by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave our sales people structure on their daily activities.

What do you like best about the product?

An essential tool for outbound sales people

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of use and the training academy. The fact that I can combine all of my work flows in one place for LinkedIn, email and phone, just in one interface makes my life so much easier. And it's so easy to use. But the training academy levels you up even more so you can get yourself up and running in as little as 20 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about outreach is the colour schemes. There is too much white and Ild like the opportunity to import my own colour scheme or even dark mode. It's such a minor thing but I do think it would level up this amazing produce even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the biggest problem I have as a salesperson, and that's time and efficiency. I worked out that outreach gives me back 2 hours 30 every week just from being more efficient. It means I can use that time to make more calls and do more activity. Imagine being able to send 50 more emails and make 50 more calls a week. It's raised my performance no end.
