Efficient and timesaving tool that helps me keep my leads in order!

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have the tool to organize my daily task and set priorities!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sync issues with salesforce latency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bo problem is currently reported, but outreach has great support when I have written issues!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very beneficial to sales teams!
I really like the ability to help potential clients schedule meeting times as well as easily complete my cold calls and outreach emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach isn't super intuitive and I feel making sequences is a challenge and takes quite a bit of time I do not have in my jam-packed work days to create. However, I always enjoy the fruits of my labor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping me get in touch with prospects more efficiently and effectively. I am able to continue sequences while simultaneously giving the prospect a call from my company's app.

What do you like best about the product?
I have mostly used Outreach to manage my sales teams and their output/performance in outbound prospecting. Clear, simple and effective
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is too powerful, sometimes that makes it complex to use. There is a learning curve to it

1) Outbound prospecting
2) Tracking
3) Email sequencing/ Click rates etc

What do you like best about the product?
the ability for export to SFDC, ease of setting up with email
What do you dislike about the product?
its not very easy to monitor the admin side of things - users & api usage

Great resource for keeping your contacts in check

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tailor template emails to clients that are customizable with the use of variables helps me to stay in contact with my clients while not seeming like a marketing campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Gmail is pretty finicky. The connection seems to break from time to time and getting the two systems to like each other again can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach keeps all my BI tools on the same page and helps me better understand how my clients are engaging with my corospondence so I can improve my engagement techniques.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly and easy to teach to new team members...also the dashboards w/ campaign metrics and stats is awesome!

I wish the templates were more personalized - not so salesy

What do you like best about the product?
Love seeing prospects open or not open my emails; gives me an insight for my follow up. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor thing is to many notifications but they do keep you up to date its kind of a doube edge sword. Maybe send one solid update every 2 hours rather then individual?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects engagement with my emails, Follow up is the biggest thing for me and this product is the missing piece for sales teams.

Sales Enablement - SDRs

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful aspect of Outreach is automating the SDRs workflow with pre-built out templates and sequences. Pretty much just need your SDRs/BDRs to follow the steps and practice to get initial conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working as a admin for Outreach, I do encounter a number of different technical difficulties that come with the platform each week. Sometimes the dialer doesn't work and it can be a lot of information for new hires to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our SDRs (and some AEs/AMs) stay consistent with their outbound processes and execute every step of their workflow.

User-friendly interface and easy to navigate around. You can easily maintain and update the email sequence that you want to update with ease.
