Great product, but poor support
What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is great. Easy to use, intuitive, made us more more efficient as a team. We also had issues with deliverability when using other sales automation tools because you're put on the same domain as other companies...this was not the case with Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the real letdown was customer support. You'd send a message about an issue and would have to wait days for a response sometimes. Not great when time = money, and you'd really expect more from a company of this size. This is one of the main reasons why we switched to be honest. Also, their Hubspot integration is terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the usual - personalisation at scale, fan of automating anything we can. Definitely helped us generate more business and saw an increase in team performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Maybe try and negotiate some kind of service/support SLA's when you're signing up.

Consistent client follow-ups and engagements, sales fire will go off if it's not continuous.

Best cadence tool there is - hands down!
What do you like best about the product?
seamless Salesforce and Zoom Info integration. The Software is easy to use with a great UX/UI. Manage my outreach to prospects is now fun thanks to Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
No SMS capabilities. In the beginning it is hard to get used to because it is such a complex tool - but it is actually so easy!

Being able to manage my daily tasks better.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the one shop for everything i need as a sales rep. I can plan my work better with this. It integrates seamlessly with other applications in my organisation and it is by far the best than its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls don't connect which is a hiccup. Calling with outreach is not the best experience sometimes, so I have to use other applications. Improving on the same would be great.

From sending emails to preparing my cadence. I use Outreach for most of my work in my current role.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been incredibly helpful in reviewing news and insights on prospective clients enabling me to personalize my messaging to have the most impact on connecting with prospective customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult sometimes to know where to find certain functionality within the platform but anytime I have reached out to the support team they have been extremely responsive and helpful in quickly finding a resolution.

Improving prospecting efforts and increasing personalization.

Harder to use than it should be. I wish it could do less but better

It is easy to copy sequences and offers quite a few different activities to include in a sequence
What do you dislike about the product?
It is both buggy and difficult to use. We have been trying to get customer support to help with an issue for 2 weeks and only today were they open to having a call rather than trying to handle email back and forth. Also, everything just seems more difficult to use than it should. I don't get prompted to fix an issue when something fails in a sequence and it is difficult to manage tasks in any useful way.

This is pretty standard for the software in this industry, but the goal is to make it easier to reach more prospects and follow -up with them appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Gmail and the ability to quickly create snippets and full templates to automate sales touchpoints. No need to save your favorite emails and copy/paste every time you need to send something. I store it in Outreach and have perfect customizable emails at my fingertips constantly. Also the ability to collaborate with other salespeople on my team and see what they are saying is extremely helpful, as is the insights for which sales sequence is performing past in any given week or month. Very powerful tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve when you're first getting ramped up with Outreach. Luckily the company has a lot of great material online to learn at your own pace for the basics, and also learn some best practices for advanced users as well. The Outreach team is also very reliable with scheduling training and I have found those meetings very helpful for fine-tuning your process that is specific to your role/company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the sales process wherever you can is key to producing high-volume touchpoints. It's a numbers game and Outreach helps you get there while maintaining a level of personalization. SDR/AE collaboration has never been easier with Outreach.
