What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, integrates with gmail calendar

What do you like best about the product?
In my sector, volume is everything, with Outreach, I can rummage through my tasks quickly and efficiently while receiving realtime analytics of my productivity for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missed calls tab is constantly changing thus allowing for me not to be able to find when someone calls me back. In the sales industry, those callbacks are crucial and need to be easily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is resolving the problem of managing all in one tasks such as sequencing as well as call tasks and allowing for fast and effiecient distribustion of these tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
We can create specific campaigns, then design sequences that make sense for the outreach. Then you can load them up with prospects and each morning log in and work through them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure that there is anything that I dislike. So far we have been pleased with the ability to improve our output. There are probably way more options and features that we don't take advantage of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach gives us the ability to streamline our days so that we aren't wasting a bunch of time figuring out who and when we should reach out to. It definitely improves headspace for most of the team.

There are lots of online videos that you can look up to get up and running quickly.

i like that outreach provides structure and replicable process to prospecting and opportunity management for sellers. our managers like the reporting capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
the ramp time & adoption for our sellers has been a struggle. its a powerful tool but requires a fair amount of seller time to setup and manage and our sellers struggle with learning how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
outreach helps with autologging prospecting efforts. when used well it helps structure, organize, and scale the sellers' prospecting efforts as well as opportunity management

Scalability to sell! Outreach allows users to seamlessly engage prospects, and maximize personalization in the process.

At times, Integration will not work with email. Need to constantly refresh or sign in

I still have not found any dislikes in the past 6 months of usage.

Three main problems that Outreach has helped by far
1. Prospecting consistently and with structure

Define the roles of different people really well:
- who will create templates, sequences, snippets etc
- integration to CRM is must

Great product, but poor support
What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is great. Easy to use, intuitive, made us more more efficient as a team. We also had issues with deliverability when using other sales automation tools because you're put on the same domain as other companies...this was not the case with Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the real letdown was customer support. You'd send a message about an issue and would have to wait days for a response sometimes. Not great when time = money, and you'd really expect more from a company of this size. This is one of the main reasons why we switched to be honest. Also, their Hubspot integration is terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the usual - personalisation at scale, fan of automating anything we can. Definitely helped us generate more business and saw an increase in team performance.

Maybe try and negotiate some kind of service/support SLA's when you're signing up.

Consistent client follow-ups and engagements, sales fire will go off if it's not continuous.

Best cadence tool there is - hands down!
What do you like best about the product?
seamless Salesforce and Zoom Info integration. The Software is easy to use with a great UX/UI. Manage my outreach to prospects is now fun thanks to Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
No SMS capabilities. In the beginning it is hard to get used to because it is such a complex tool - but it is actually so easy!

Being able to manage my daily tasks better.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the one shop for everything i need as a sales rep. I can plan my work better with this. It integrates seamlessly with other applications in my organisation and it is by far the best than its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls don't connect which is a hiccup. Calling with outreach is not the best experience sometimes, so I have to use other applications. Improving on the same would be great.

From sending emails to preparing my cadence. I use Outreach for most of my work in my current role.
