Real time Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been incredibly helpful in reviewing news and insights on prospective clients enabling me to personalize my messaging to have the most impact on connecting with prospective customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult sometimes to know where to find certain functionality within the platform but anytime I have reached out to the support team they have been extremely responsive and helpful in quickly finding a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving prospecting efforts and increasing personalization.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to copy sequences and offers quite a few different activities to include in a sequence
What do you dislike about the product?
It is both buggy and difficult to use. We have been trying to get customer support to help with an issue for 2 weeks and only today were they open to having a call rather than trying to handle email back and forth. Also, everything just seems more difficult to use than it should. I don't get prompted to fix an issue when something fails in a sequence and it is difficult to manage tasks in any useful way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is pretty standard for the software in this industry, but the goal is to make it easier to reach more prospects and follow -up with them appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Gmail and the ability to quickly create snippets and full templates to automate sales touchpoints. No need to save your favorite emails and copy/paste every time you need to send something. I store it in Outreach and have perfect customizable emails at my fingertips constantly. Also the ability to collaborate with other salespeople on my team and see what they are saying is extremely helpful, as is the insights for which sales sequence is performing past in any given week or month. Very powerful tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve when you're first getting ramped up with Outreach. Luckily the company has a lot of great material online to learn at your own pace for the basics, and also learn some best practices for advanced users as well. The Outreach team is also very reliable with scheduling training and I have found those meetings very helpful for fine-tuning your process that is specific to your role/company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the sales process wherever you can is key to producing high-volume touchpoints. It's a numbers game and Outreach helps you get there while maintaining a level of personalization. SDR/AE collaboration has never been easier with Outreach.

Use it! No regrets.

I do not have any dislikes. I don't think there is anything missing from your product.

In hindsight, Salesloft’s user experience is much better

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to add individual emails to an additional sequence, such as a "follow up" is great. Some of the sequence building features and calendar or meeting integrations are nice however at this point is expected given the standard in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot unfortunately, the plug-in is clunky, slow and feels like the workflow hadn't been worked out before it was released.
The g-mail integration constantly has issues where cache has to be cleared for logged in sessions to be recognised.
The UI is messy and the analytics page should have far more OOTB content, such as, suggested comparison drilldowns per team and much more data points on cadences.
Any step to do with LinkedIn is slow or broken, such as trying to connect to leads through the sequence step is painful and often doesn't fit in the plug-in window so each time you have to scroll to press done. The LinkedIn integrations are just limited in general, for example there is no way to track LinkedIn messages or inmails sent or replied to.
The email tracker is limited compared to Yesware which gives much more data points.
Overall, the feel after using Salesloft, Yesware and other software with similar features is that they are much cleaner and easier to use without bugs at every corner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound outreach however the response rates and engagement level has not increased since using Salesloft. I feel if anything the workflow has only increased in time spent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test a wide array of the market as there are so many tools that do the same thing at a modest standard however if you need more for a larger team than a more enterprise grade tool will be necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
I had not previously used any type of interface like Ooutreach. The features I like best are sequencing and mass importing contacts from SFDC. This is the best software I have seen in terms of a sales aid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few issues with SSO. I was not sure how to find the prospects once I uploaded them and did not choose to add them to a sequence, but I found out through the knowledge base and the resources available to me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 1300 "prospect" accounts in my book of business. There are sometimes thousands of contacts at a company that would be a good fit for me to reach out to. Outreach does the work for me by having a great sequencing feature that automatically sends my scheduled emails. I have saved so much time and casted a much wider net through Outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save time, increase revenue. Let Outreach do the work for you. It's much smarter than us humans.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences. I previously used Outlook Quick Parts, and Sequences are like that on steroids.
What do you dislike about the product?
That contacts are called "Prospects" - which is inaccurate in the VAST majority of sales roles. Also, I need to push enter twice to search a prospect from the search bar. It switches from "All Prospects" to "Prospects" as I do so for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly and efficiently contacting many customers at once, and being able to quickly review past calls and emails, via the activity tabs per customer.
