Efficient and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to upload leads and start the campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually nothing much. Sometimes the LinkedIn integration isn't seamlesss
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to connect to customers so quickly.. able to set up campaigns and get going very fast.

You're able to reach out to an exponentially higher amount of people that you couldn't reach out to manually.

Not understanding how to separate out tasks for just ripping cold calls to new leads

Initial connection with new prospects that we've never engaged with before. Not having to spend manual time with initial follow-up to new prospects

The ability to set up and track multiple campaigns through a single interface. Outreach makes it easy to design sequences and track data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet to run into any issues. The app does need to be reconnected every so often, however this may be due to switching locations on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach reduces the need to manually track prospecting sequences which can be cumbersome through a CRM or spreadsheets.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for when someone returns my calls via Outreach if a window would pop with all the customer data.
For example, the other day someone returned my phone but it only showed the name - not all the account detail and I was scrambling to remember who it was.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had customers respond to an e-mail that I didn't personally send; the system sent it. This was great. It's a set it and forget it type situation for biz e-mails.
I also like the ability to make phone calls from it; that is nice.
It's also helpful to see who has viewed my e-mails.
It does have a plug-in with Connect and Sell that is very helfpul.

A great tool for any commercial team
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool for reaching out to existing clients or prospects by allowing you to launch mass sequences in one go. This has saved a huge amount of time and hassle. The gmail integration is also very handy for sending email templates and sharing calendar access to book meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the Gmail integration requires you to log in again before you can start using the email features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer contact efficiency to help reach out to more clients faster increasing the number of booked meetings and also improving client communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It can help automate my work processes and track my interactions with prospects and contacts. It syncs my activities in SFDC, which is great for visibility and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get logged out all of the time. Some of the settings are also not super intuitive or hidden, and it seems as though we are limited in some of the things we can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to automate and track a lot of our sales activities. We can easily share templates and sequences with the rest of the team to help us all get better results.

The multpile ways in which you can reach each contact with a system designed to keep track of all activities performed.

Nothing at all the application works great

I am capable in making multiple contact attempts all from one single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences. It helps us, Sales rep. reach out to a wide audience through different mediums while customising the copy of each touchpoint. It's just brilliant and pays off every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. Perhaps make it even more obvious who we should be following up with when Outreach knows that there might be some interest from a specific lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's time-consuming to do Outbound and there's only a limited time every week to do it so a tool like outreach that saves us time and makes it easier to customise the copy for each recipient is what we all need.
Excellent platform - Hopefully it continues to evolve

Sequences and templates not malleable enough for bigger clients

Triaging our inbound channel, mass outbounding - saves time.
