I've been using it my whole career and there is no comparison.
What do you like best about the product?
Does your job for you. I write a sequence once and then can use it for 500 accounts to help book meetings. Their is a direct ROI with using Outreach and closing business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As outreach coninutes to add functionality, the UI can get a bit cluttered. That said, I love the new functionality they keep adding. For example the outreachout MAP plans I now use for all my deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved time is the main outreach benefit. We are able to add 100 people into a sequence and book meetings from a certain percentage of them. These meetings booked are directly related to closed business. I closed 42% of my number last year from outbound and without outreach I wouldn't have been able to reach out to nearly as many folks.
Outreach.io is the robust solution every company can't afford to live without.
What do you like best about the product?
Visually, Outreach,io is inviting, easy to teach, and easy to understand. The filter capabilities really allow you to drill down the data you need in less time, maximizing output.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Salesforce fanatic, I wish that Outreach.io had a visual funnel for the stages of every sale. I love the dashboards inside of Salesforce and believe Outreach could implement a lot of that customization in the future to feel more robust for reporting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach.io is helping me and my reps all save time. More saved time equals higher output and a larger, more customized reach. We all know that maximum output with total personalization is necessary these days, and Outreach.io allows us to do just that.

I think this product is missing linking this with SFDC and also direct slack messages

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a fantastic tool for enabling sales with call and email sequences. It's very useful as a tool for monitoring the activity of your sales team as well. It allows for a real scaling of sales outreach capabilities without sacrificing quality and personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting capabilities, particularly the exported data, were more robust. It's not very useful from a marketing ops standpoint due to the deficiencies in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great for tackling our top industries and persona, and it helps us keep tabs on how our sales people are following up with different events, programs, and content.

Have a good rev ops manager who can handle the implementation and maitinance.

What do you like best about the product?
I have recieved a ton of responses from custoemrs using outreach. I like the meetings that get set by using outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but having 40 tasks to do puts extra work on my plate, but having work to do is a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am setting more appointments using outreach; the benefits were that the system works for you to get in touch with customers while you are working with other customers.
Saves hours per week in sending customized client and prospect outreach!
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is top notch, very easy to use and duplicate campaigns or steps that are receiving high response rates. Ability to set bench marks for myself, as well as do quick A/B testing to prospects. Also makes dialing a breeze and can easily hit 2-3x the amount of people by phone than when previously doing manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to bulk send a sequence step at a specific time. The way I have to do it now is per contact. Being able to bulk future-send manually would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my prospecting efforts in one place, easily sync data between Outreach and Salesforce CRM. Love the ability to see statistics relating to opening/engagement.

Great Tool but UI is not intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has freed up serval hours of my week by automating my prospecting outreach. With serval people working on the same accounts I am able to make sure that I am not overwhelming clients with too many emails from my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use some configuration to make it more user-friendly. There have been serval easy tasks that I have had to google in order to figure out how to accomplish it.

Save time with my prospect outreach and increase the weekly client-facing meeting. I also want a tool that can help manage my email responses to and from clients.
