What do you like best about the product?
It let me consolidate three tools into one, which saved me money and made for an easier workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
For an organization with now SalesOps team, it was not that easy to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a lot of sequences and have the data adjust to get better leads into the funnel
Great prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is designed for ADR's and AE's to use. You can easily create and sort through tasks based on criteria that is important to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues syncing with Salesforce, so it has made some projects more time-consuming. Also the texting function in outreach isn't very well built out (I hear that it's not available to new customers anymore?), and that's a big part of our sales function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Outreach, our reps can organize their work more easily. they can scale their prospecting and follow up with prospects, specifically using templates, tasks, and sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automated and semi-automated communications to customers and prospects. The embedded view of an account and the recent events is helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a pretty steep learning curve to figuring out Outreach. The platform has a lot of functionality but sometimes feels overwhelming to end-users who just want to send emails and have coordinated touchpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem outreach helps solve is time-saving for prospecting. Accelerated top of the funnel, but having tailored account sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
It reduce the sales execution gap by combining automation and AI together and bring the visibility to team for better sales forecast for planning daily activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
there could be possibility of enablement of skipping the steps in the cadence sequence manually and reporting can be more better for greater understanding in team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is very easy to integrate with sales navigator and the dialer which saves a lot of time for sales team and send follow up emails based on the client activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the sequences and snippets for efficiency in my day to day workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The texting functionality could be improved - it is glitchy sometimes. It'd be great to have snippets available for that as well. I'd also like to be able to pin pages so I'm not having to re-search prospects' names if I'm working on multiple accounts at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is a huge time saver - it has replaced the need for manual follow-up tasks, and having to rewrite the same email multiple times.
Outreach is a MUST for all your prospecting needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it super easy to keep in touch with all of your prospects without taking up your time each day. I've been able to book a lot of meetings in an automated way just by setting up my cadence. The tool makes it really easy to filter prospects and report your daily activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Outreach is connected to our Salesforce, there are times that things don't always translate back to the other system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saved! More meetings booked! Helpful reminders of when to reach out to prospects at a later date.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a metric called "Coverage" which measures if a sales rep is touching their book (i.e. reaching out to clients). Outreach helps close the gap for reaching out to "zero billers" aka prospects, specifically helping us prioritize the right leads with the right comms strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
More stock reporting...maybe connectivity with GBQ? We had to spend a lot of time digging data out of Outreach and feeding it back into our database to do meaningful analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Why should sales reps waste so much time prospecting for non spenders? Time should be spent on companies that are spending to upsell them, earn more of their wallet. Outreach helped influence smarter prospecting / pipelining by taking advantage of the automation aspects of outbound emails.

Simple to set up sequences, great integrations, you can dial out of it, and its easy to stay organized and complete tasks

Wish I could send sms through the platform

Can automate lots of outbound, so you can produce more activity and save time

The sales insights that are included within the platform. Not only am I bale to track outreach but also pipeline details.

Lots of tools in one, there is a learning curve to ensure I am using it in a streamlined manner
