Decent sales engagement platform for multitasking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, friendly user interface, sales implementation convenience
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complicated to navigate, slightly expensive, not enough companies using the same tool practice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, a decent tool for sales representation and projection, but I only tried it a few times when doing a finance project presentation with colleagues
Pretty good for email outreach
What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to tag contacts outside of the custom fields (tag contacts based on the sequence I want to put them in or their persona so I don't forget and it's easier to bulk add people without worrying I'm putting them in the wrong sequence/template)
- Auto-pausing sequence after ooo replies
- The ability to use a custom contact field to send a unique number to a prospect in a sequence i.e. a swag redemption code
- The customizable variable fields that can be used in templates/sequences, lots of options for this,, better than HubSpot
- The look, layout, and usability that is specific to outreach. Bulk actions are easy, yet still offer ability to customize on individual basis as needed
- High-engagement notifications - when a prospect opens an email several times or clicks, a notification is sent that there's high engagement so you know who to prioritize with follow-up phone calls/emails
- the Outlook extension is really nice and easy to use, and you also don't need to BCC a random tracking email for your emails to get auto-recorded into Outreach. I like the Outreach email extension and integration/tracking better than HubSpot's
- Integrates w/ zoominfo - can send leads straight to Outreach and skip the CSV import
- Task system and tracking is nice - I liked the layout and how "In your face" it is so I can't miss or forget due and overdue activities... better than hubspot
- Overall look and feel are more tech-y, modern and user-friendly than HubSpot IMO.

What do you dislike about the product?
- not as extensive of a CRM overall. while it's great for outreach purposes, I think in the general company and contact management aren't as fluid and it's more focused specifically on outreach-specific tasks, less on managing communication within an entire org or deal info - it does have these features but I think less focused on that than hubspot or other CRMs. Essentially I think this would be a better tool to use if it's accompanying another CRM used for contact/company/deal tracking & management.
- doesn't show you what links a contact has clicked on, just that they've clicked on something
- the meeting scheduling link isn't as customizable as hubspot
- can't integrate with marketing i.e. web forms filled out by a contact don't auto-populate into the contact's account or notify you - hubspot does have this capability, ultimately makes the inbound lead process much more seamless
- Less integrations than HubSpot, to my knowledge

My company discontinued Outreach and moved to HubSpot. Outreach was really great for... outreach! We have a second CRM that we had been using for all existing business contact management and transactional info so we really only needed the outreach tools. Our business-model and focus shifted slightly to where we needed more extensive deal-tracking and the ability to send proposals, agreements, etc. - I wasn't part of the decision to change to HubSpot, but my guess is this was a huge reason for switching. Outreach is a better choice if you are less concerned about overall contact management and deal tracking, and looking for something just just helps you reach lot's of people via sequences, templates, etc. and I would recommend it over hubspot for that purpose. It's also very easy to learn and teach yourself, so new hires would have an easy time getting the hang of it with minimal to zero prior experience. I liked being able to make my own templates and snippets, and the customizability of the variable fields. The contact/outreach reporting also seemed more extensive than HubSpot on an outreach/prospect engagement level. i.e. tracking volume of new contacts imported vs. added to sequences, and existing contacts added to sequences.
One-Stop Shop for Sales Development Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Outreached has launched a bunch of new AI Agents:
- Research agent basically tries to automate everything that an SDR or AE needs to do for account research before a discovery call. Basically goes through public sources to do this. I have mixed feedback over this agent - works excellent at times and quite mediocre at other times.
- LinkedIn AI Personalisation agent: kind of like HeyGen - basically personalisation at scale for LinkedIn. Results vary depending on how up to date and personalised the linkedin profile of the prospect is
- Kaia chat agent - Kaia is mostly used for call recordings. The agent allows the sales team to collaborate better via the chat agent. They say it speeds up decision making but I don't see that happening a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
All AI agents launched recently for scale, personalisation, research, linkedin and others are good starting points to embed AI into sales process and make the lives of SDRs and AEs easier. However, a good SDR might take more time but can do each of these tasks, still, way better than Outreach AI agents. There's always a 50-50 chance in terms of the quality output of a specific agent. I try to use these agents as much as I can, but I can't totally rely on them if I have a few mins to go before my next discovery call.

It should expand its domain in B2C segment to attract more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used for B2B platform it helped us in increaing bussinezs
Good analytics and does its calling job well
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Outreach is that it allows my team to look at real time data on calling, emails, and prospect out reach. We have completely changed the way we go about our prospect cadences due to the functionlaity of Outreach and allowing us to have more data driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small functionllity aspects I don't like. The web page will automatically jump to the prospect page every time you log a call or email. So it is hard to multi task on the same web page. I also am not the biggest fan of some limitations we have on creating templates but that is mostly by our Outreach admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have taken the guessing out of prospecting. We can now create cadences and know when the best time to call/email and also get those results very quickly. This has helped us set a lot more meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is designed for ADR's and AE's to use. You can easily create and sort through tasks based on criteria that is important to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues syncing with Salesforce, so it has made some projects more time-consuming. Also the texting function in outreach isn't very well built out (I hear that it's not available to new customers anymore?), and that's a big part of our sales function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Outreach, our reps can organize their work more easily. they can scale their prospecting and follow up with prospects, specifically using templates, tasks, and sequences.
Outreach for Sales (AE)
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automated and semi-automated communications to customers and prospects. The embedded view of an account and the recent events is helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a pretty steep learning curve to figuring out Outreach. The platform has a lot of functionality but sometimes feels overwhelming to end-users who just want to send emails and have coordinated touchpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem outreach helps solve is time-saving for prospecting. Accelerated top of the funnel, but having tailored account sequences.

It reduce the sales execution gap by combining automation and AI together and bring the visibility to team for better sales forecast for planning daily activities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is very easy to integrate with sales navigator and the dialer which saves a lot of time for sales team and send follow up emails based on the client activity.
