What do you like best about the product?
Outreach takes all of the manual work out of prospecting and following up on leads. It takes all of the guess work and thought out of "what do I do next" or "what is the next step." The reporting and insights it offers is also huge for managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some user difficulty with getting tasks done. Especially around lead transfers. It seems to break and the data doesn't always match up with our CRM and it's unclear why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead which leads to more and faster conversations. Process around follow up. Making data driven decisions. Increasing reply rate. Focusing on response time.
Super tool, would strongly recommend
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me organize a whole host of tasks that in the past I had to manage in email, or excel sheets. It serves a good purpose of avoiding using calendar to set multiple reminders and prompts me to reach out to the right prospects when I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides are:
1. Manual upkeep - another tool that I need to keep up to date on with all of my tasks.
2. UI - Can be patchy. Sometimes the screen is very cluttered and I have too many things in front of me, slowing me down from being productive.

2. UI - Can be patchy. Sometimes the screen is very cluttered and I have too many things in front of me, slowing me down from being productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems relates to efficiency - Outreach organizes a lot of tasks so I no longer have to remember to do them myself. I use my calendar less for reminders, I use excel less and it syncs all of my activity with our CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure it syncs with your CRM
End to end support and account management is surperb. The toolset within Outreach adds value.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to more easily direct the team's engagement cadence and gain visibility .
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and metrics are spread across various functions of the platform. Would be nice to consolidate all reporting in a single place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring the team is moving as a unit, ensuring messaging is consistent. Insight into content and messaging that works/does not work
Best for staying organized and keeping activity up!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything I need is included in Outreach. It is easy to switch leads to different sequences, book meetings, and keep track of activity and notes all in one place. The integration with SF saves me 1,000's of clicks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the delay in Outreach updating records with Salesforce, it is difficult to add a new lead to outreach and then manipulate the contact in SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Outreach, I would not be able to stay organized and on top of my follow-ups. Especially if you are in a high-volume sales position or one with a short-mid sales cycle.
SDR
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is definitely the most user-friendly sales tool I use on a daily basis. I love the ability to track all of my tasks and also book meetings directly through outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have someone in a sequence that requires phone calls but they don't have a number associated with them it is a bit annoying to have to skip the call each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes it so much easier to keep track of all of my prospects and stay on top of all of my tasks. The email automation, templates and snippets are also extremely useful. It is also a time-saver when it comes to booking prospect meetngs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach has helped save so much time and streamline my sales process. All of my daily tasks are in one place and it is super easy to insert templates or snippets into emails.
Great tool when used properly
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics and meeting integration. I love the email automation capability as well as the ability to take notes right on the call and bring them up for followups. I also love the ability to see how my peers are talking about our platform so I can improve my own messaging
What do you dislike about the product?
UI needs some work to eliminate clicks. There is so much capability that it gets in the way of efficiency. The search filtering can be improved as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaigns to customers and driving event attendance and awareness. More efficient use of prospecting time with the automation features
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you establish training and reenforce because there is a lot to do in the platform
Critical Tool in the sales org
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a staple in the life of a BDR/SDR role. SDR's live in this tool every day and it is their lifeline for hitting their number every month and quarter. It's easy to use and has tons of flexibility. Chrome Extension is a must-have as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas of the product that are underutilized and just don't didn't get trained on them so I feel like it can be a lot. It's very rare, but when Outreach goes down it's the worst! Have Vidyard integration but no Loom integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and all outreach tasks are done in Outreach. It's so easy to pull contacts from Sales Nav and Salesforce into outreach and that helps save so much time. It integrates with all the tools I need it to.
Best tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The flow of the reports, the organization of the tasks! Just very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it disconnects during a call (even when my internet isn't disturbed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get people to pick up the phone answer my emails, and to see who have opened my emails- this helped me in getting people live on the phone
