Easiest way to automatically sequence leads/contacts based on criteria!
What do you like best about the product?
Adding Outreach nodes within Leandata only requires a Drag and Drop and selecting the Sequence you want to use for the Lead/Contact. All the criterias leading to identify those contacts are handled directly in Leandata
What do you dislike about the product?
Had to re authorize the Outreach-Leandata user even though it said it was already authenticated to show new sequences created in Outreach in the LeanData nodes. Apart from that technical issue that's easy to solve, nothing disliked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier automating the sequences in Leandata rather than creating the different triggers in Outreach
Great out of the box, but not very flexible.
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a fantastic tool for outbound prospecting straight out of the box. It has a reasonably clean UI and is easy for sales reps to pick up and start using right away. It makes activity tracking easy. The built-in connectors to calendars, inboxes and other systems are great. Finally, the Outreach support team is fantastic! The best SaaS customer support team I've had the pleasure of working with. The knowledge base can be hit and miss sometimes, but jump on chat and you'll have an extremely knowledgeable support agent answer your question in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend functionality of Outreach leaves a lot to be desired. It is hard to customize the experience for reps, and the automation capabilities are limited. Reporting looks good at first glance; however, it is tough to drill down and analyze the data further (especially without additional tools). It's also hard to extract reports for further analysis in other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling outbound sales has been easy with Outreach. It puts the power in reps' hands and enables them to contact lots of prospects with minimal setup easily. It's also helped us automate activity tracking, so reps do not have to track activity manually.

Layout and UI was very intuitive. Metrics on campaign, means of contact, & number of steps before success gave great insight for future success

Unified prospect database capabilities not fully encompassing. Disposition can be flipped from 1-off non-sequence tasks

Great means of organizing and executing prospecting tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
If you use outreach with a dialer of any kind like ConnectAndSell or Nooks or Orum, you can drastically increase the top of funnel pipeline. The two are like peas and carrots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still need to find a way to manage past due tasks and reschedule them somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Truly the predictability of when/how to contact a prospect is the biggest benefit. Telling me when prospects open an email and what device they were using helps me determine whether to call a desk phone or a cell phone. The base problem is predictability

Cluttered UI, makes it seem like the entire organisation is coming crashing on to a user.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to tell everyone that Outreach was the best, and in my opinion, it was. Obviously it's a very powerful tool, but there are a number of sales automation tools out there today. The one I'm most familiar with is Salesloft. I can't say that there is anything I love about Outreach that leaps out to me. It gets the job done though.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly, there is much more that I dislike about Outreach. The tasks are segmented by Call, LinkedIn, and Email, but not by the specific sequence. So if you have a high priority sequence that you want to execute, you can't have granular access to it, you just have to work through your general Call, LI, and Email tasks. In addition, the reply rates of sequences get inflated, and a lot of managers don't understand this and assume that your reply rate is much higher than it really is. Aside from that the settings can be quite confusing, and I've found it to be slow/glitchy at times. I still cannot say it is a bad tool, but I when I compare/contrast with others I find that it comes up short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is a sales automation tool, that allows an individual to reach out to more people than ever possible in the good old days of selling. It automates your emails that go out, allows you to make phone calls in it, and connects with your CRM and email. Also integrates with LinkedIn. The benefit is the scale of outbound messaging you are able to send, obvious value here, but again I love Salesloft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look into other tools and find which ones are best for the BDR team.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with the platform if you never used it before. Additionally, the integration with LevelJump can get complex to set up. I would highly recommend working with both your CSM and LevelJump representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has been very helpful for our teams in terms of scheduling meetings by giving access to someone's calendar, especially since we operate internationally.

The ability to templatize, organize, sequence, and follow up on activities.
I often use it to check in on a contact after they've had a chance to view/read my outreach. Great way of engaging customers when they are interested!

Minor bugs with the outreach everywhere. Search is a little clunky. All general software useability things that come with hyper growth! You got this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and communicating via email / phone / sequences. This lets me keep salesforce clean without cluttering my calendar.

I like the snippets and template options so that you don't have to waste time drafting emails when you're reaching out to a ton of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how often you had to login and change passwords. I feel like I was changing my passwords once a month.

Helped with productivity and was able to reach out to more prospects because of it. It's great for setting reminders to follow up as well.

I think it's a really intuitive tool to use in sales teams.
