What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having the ability to set-up sequences that are targeted to specific prospect groups easily. Being able to get insight into the effectiveness of said sequences is icing on the cake!
What do you dislike about the product?
Task management should be easier to set-up, manage and change on a whim, but it's currently kind of clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching all of our target prospects with automated email outreach has been beneficial in creating awareness of our brand. Booked demos are the primary goal, and it's working!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspects of outreach are in the ability to reach many contacts at once, sync up templates to gmail for easy sending, and email tracking!
What do you dislike about the product?
integration with salesforce is alright, could definitely be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
more pipeline generation due to increased outreach, better follow up with tracking metrics

It has many similar capabilities to other products out there, powerful and expensive.
After spending months trying to address some integration issues and not being able to use the product, their team didn't even respond to my ticket.

Unhelpful. Trying to get responses from support, let alone solutions is a trial.

Good tool for Email Automation and Calls
What do you like best about the product?
-Creating sequences
- Creating easy to access email templets
-Can manage your calls and calls related feedback also
- Good Integration With Zoho CRM as well as some other software

- Integration and lack of in-depth analytical reports for the sales team. Also lack of tracking the effectiveness of the campaign. Not that effective calender management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to the broader audience with personalized email and calls. Its automate the process so its time-consuming. Integration with CRM help us to push the data .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good tool to start with automating your sales campaign. It helps you to automate a lot of manual steps. Calling feature is great as you get the recording of the calls so you can listen to them to improve your performance.
Most Chaotic Sales Tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
The software has the basic ability to compose sequences, schedule emails, set reminders, create messaging, etc... Basically all of the basic functionality you would ask for from a BDR or Sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does not work, it never recognizes the emails I've got in a new email and is impossible to get it to refresh. You basically have to close it out and open it back up for every single action. +there is no product support to be found.
Operating in the gmail app as well as the pull out and stand alone site is just chaotic, there's no other way I can think of to put it, there's rarely a "back" button, so if you navigaste away, it's impossible to get back to where you were efficient.
It logs you out of the app DAILY, so you've got to reload gmail, log in and then reload gmail again.
The mass editing is terrible, to really customize sequences you need to send the sequences one by one- I'm sure the sales people at outreach can talk aroudn this but it's not as easy as it is with other apps like Yesware.
Adding/editing contacts- The UI/UX is terrible, it won't lay things out in a way where you know what you're editing, no way to go back on these edits.
I can not stand this tool, Yesware is better hands down. I've used Outreach for 2+ years, the echo that's heard throughout out org is to get Yesware instead.

Sending mass emails, doing large amounts of outreach faster, setting reminders for emails, Gerneral sales tasks- out reach, keeping up with people, getting reminders when somebody has not responded.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy Yesware or another solution instead.
One of The Best Tools for Outbound Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it easy to create your own outbound sequences, with AI that helps schedule emails and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely the AI that schedules emails can be slow to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily call and email prospects without having to schedule each time I do so.
Excellent Sales Engagement Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to import prospects from Salesforce and quickly drop them into sequences. I can then look at how successful our sequences are so we can optimize our "outreach".
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce can be a little tricky and not always very intuitive. I also think it would be great to sequence directly from Salesforce. Still a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: Improving/setting the standard for how we engage prospects, automating the creation of tasks (events, calls, emails) in Salesforce. Benefits: Leveraging automation to streamline sales motions! Being able to log activities automatically is a huge win.
Outreach makes prospecting simple and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The Outreach>Salesforce integration is great. It makes prospecting so simple! Building out sequences is so easy and everything is customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can take a few days to reply to my inquiries. You have to contact support to add more users which can be inconvenient at times. Occasionally the Lead Status does not sync properly, but these are the only issues I've experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows us to contact prospects with customized messaging. Having a system that syncs information easily from Salesforce makes our team much more productive.

Evaluate your tech stack to make sure this fits into your workflow and you can get the most out of the integrations.
