Amazing company
What do you like best about the product?
The innovation and constant product improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really would have to nitpick here. It's a very complex tool so if you're looking for something very simple and not as powerful, this may not be for you.

Automating all sales Outreach, testing messaging, creating good sales process behaviors.

What do you dislike about the product?
I want to personalize the emails even more with design tools. And I would like the links of videos that I add to be able to appear ready to play (with preview).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can improve communications with the extensive database that I must contact with my team. I can also visualize the results clearly, which has improved the team's productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create sequences with pre-panned cadences. Great for getting into a rhythm when making cold calls and removing tediousness such as flipping back and forth from Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and Dashboard capabilities and navigation. Unable to drill down or expand upon specific data off of Activity dashboards i.e. calls Made / Emails Sent

Listening to recorded calls with my team helps to provide first-hand insight and acts as a phenomenal coaching resource to pinpoint areas of opportunity.

Learn how to use the tool thoroughly before you start creating and activating prospecting sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless UI, incredibly easy to navigate, always have a clean Salesforce integration, analytics are spot on
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Most times when features are not working, it is a set up error or comes from the back end of Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an extremely large territory and manually emailing folks is so 1999. I would literally never get the job done if I didn't have Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequence options are easy to use. I also really enjoy the reports options so I can see where I stack up against my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't make changes to my sequence steps once a lead is in that step

Staying in communication with Outreach. I don't have to create a schedule and set alerts to reach out to leads because my sequences keep me on schedule

spend some time reading through their trainings, they are very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach takes care of the mundane aspects of sales follow-ups, while still allowing a personable approach. For me, the email sequencing capabilities have changed my workflow and enabled me to scale up my outbound, so I can't live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical quirks that make managing sequences a little tedious, as well as in-platform navigation. For example, on the dashboard, clicking "back" removes previously selected filters. It's best to open new tabs when editing multiple records, which is sometimes frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of building a scalable, measurable and automated sales process that still allows for human interaction. As a result, we've seen record quarters and been able to increase our output while retaining a lean team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your CRM is well set up before integrating Outreach, make sure everyone is trained on best practices for sequence management.

I like how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with our other sales stack.

I wish we could send bulk calendar invites as Gmail invites.
