What do you like best about the product?
The email automation make it so much quicker which gives you the ability to reach far more prospects than manually generating a email for each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some getting use to all of the different sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has helped organize my day much better than I ever could do on my own.

Can't live without it!

What do you like best about the product?
How all my software and tools are able to be so integrated seamlessly within outreach. From the analytics to the ease of use, it honestly feels like if I did not have it I would not be able to do my job!
What do you dislike about the product?
I run into a lot of issues mainly on the internal side of the software small bugs that eventually get fixed later on, not a deal-breaker at all but it is comforting to see that they handle it proactively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is one of the key benefits that I have experienced while using Outreach. The fact that my SFDC is integrated a long with other social platforms and tools makes the whole software amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
What I love is all the many ways Outreach allows you to slice and dice the activity for your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that bad numbers aren't automatically taken out of the task list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of letting any prospect fall through the gaps of my outreach efforts. With this tool, I have visibility over all my prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Best use of outbound sequences and seamless integration with salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
unavailability of OOTB connectors with top marketing automation tools like Eloqua, Marketo etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated sequences and reuse them in my daily prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
BDR outreach is amazing. It has dramatically improved their outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not built for AE's. I'm not saying it needs to be, but in my role I don't do much of the hunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very Useful Communication Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to see activity against my communication from prospects, sequence all of out my outreach, and organize/plan my upcoming activity. Extremely useful software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pinpoint, but some things could be a little more streamlined or intuitive. Honestly though, I'm sure spending more time in the tutorials would help with my challenges here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my outreach activity and managing my communication as part of my sales cycle. Outreach helps automate this process to drive efficiency and allow my team and I to do more in less time.

Difficult to Navigate

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple features available and you are able to send out customizable / dynamics e-mails to large groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard and time-consuming to navigate critical components. E.g., Saving contacts for bulk composes and creating contact groups, tracking e-mail success, looking at insights and trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Sending out mass e-mails
- Ability to personally address contacts by using dynamic fields
- Potential for tracking from one place

What do you like best about the product?
The overall user experience is great and makes the overall onboarding so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sections have too many nested elements making it harder to find certain elements

The problem that we are trying to solve is help increase our conversion rates and also streamline the overall sales process

What do you like best about the product?
email sequences, branded links, AI which paused emails when the prospect is not available.
What do you dislike about the product?
High price and only annual payments with no discounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Its got an easy to use interface, and most of the core features needed for sales automation are there. I use it to create templates for emails. All in all its a decent offering
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are less baked out compared to Salesloft. The outlook connector is slow, and you can't batch send or batch tag emails from the connector itself to send multiple emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating email templates for bump ups have been much much faster. I can create and save on outlook or the app itself. Helps when you have a spur of the moment idea
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if its is just email tracking, use it but scrutinize it more if you need more from sales automation
