Outreach for Sales Success

What do you like best about the product?
Sequence options are easy to use. I also really enjoy the reports options so I can see where I stack up against my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't make changes to my sequence steps once a lead is in that step
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in communication with Outreach. I don't have to create a schedule and set alerts to reach out to leads because my sequences keep me on schedule

spend some time reading through their trainings, they are very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach takes care of the mundane aspects of sales follow-ups, while still allowing a personable approach. For me, the email sequencing capabilities have changed my workflow and enabled me to scale up my outbound, so I can't live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical quirks that make managing sequences a little tedious, as well as in-platform navigation. For example, on the dashboard, clicking "back" removes previously selected filters. It's best to open new tabs when editing multiple records, which is sometimes frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of building a scalable, measurable and automated sales process that still allows for human interaction. As a result, we've seen record quarters and been able to increase our output while retaining a lean team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your CRM is well set up before integrating Outreach, make sure everyone is trained on best practices for sequence management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with our other sales stack.

I wish we could send bulk calendar invites as Gmail invites.

I am saving a lot of time that I usually spent sending emails and doing things manually that are now automated.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the snippet section, where it allows you to create one main email and multiple tailored content sections to add in, vs. creating multiple emails. I also like the ability to start collections of emails and tag them appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to really drive insights from the reporting, specifically related to how Outreach's reporting lines up with funnel metrics in SFDC. Its a very manual process to download reports and try to make comparisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach for all sequencing that reps use to interact with prospects, as well as tracking inbound next steps after a lead comes in. I feel like the "variables" in emails are very finicky and can really throw off your complete/failed rates.

Detailed implementation and a helpful tool!

What do you like best about the product?
We were already using Outreach for our BDR team, but when we expanded across our GTM functions, the entire process was pretty smooth and straightforward. The implementation team was incredible accesible and helpful and everyone pretty much always had an answer for the questions we had. If they didn't, they made sure to either fidn th answer for us, or point us in the direction of someone that did.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I had used the platform in our BDR org, some of the training seemed redundant. Overall, at the end of user training, I felt prepared to train our teams on usage for the platform. I will say, they did tailor the training a bit to reflect that those of us going through the expansion had used the system before, and most of the redundant training was just something we had to go through to be checked as knowledgable before being allowed to train others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are allowing our entire Revenue Organization to eliminate a lot of manual work, giving them valuable time back. There is a solution for every team on Outreach, and the training sessions showed us how to train for best use cases across the board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a tool for part or all of your GTM teams, check out Outreach! People across your teams may be surprised about the ways they can use the tool. It does seem on the surface that it may be better suited for just SDRs and AEs, but there is something for everyone with the inbox integration, SFDC plugin; and the automation sequences, templates, and snippets can provide.

The Best Platform for SDR & Sales Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's ability to help users track tasks, identify best email times, and track email opens, are what makes it my favorite platform for reaching prospects. In addition, Outreach's function of scheduling emails, and sequence creation, are unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
During my time using Outreach, I have experienced some trouble with platform outage. In addition, I wasn't a large fan of the support we received during use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep, and track, a funnel of contacts. Outreach has helped me in tracking my follow-ups which have resulted in more sales!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows for sales teams to easily sequence and set tasks for prospects for effective and organized prospecting and opportunity follow-up. The integrations it has with Gmail to allow for easy sequencing, visibility into email opens, and "templates" for quick responses to prospect and customer inquiries. It's incredibly robust, yet also very easy to use. They also have a tremendous support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its incredible functionality, it can be difficult to navigate inside of the solution if you're unaware of how to accomplish something. It's the classic "easy to use once you know where it is" software situation. I find myself finding new things to do every week, and some are extremely useful, others not so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily and efficiently sequencing prospects and opportunity follow-ups while also giving awesome visibility into engagement with your efforts from a macro and micro level. The reporting allows for sales teams, managers and individual contributors alike, to hold each other accountable via activity, while also providing metrics that can identify what actions are translating to more successful outreach attempts (no pun intended).
