Best sales development tool on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is hands down the greatest sales tool out there. It integrates easily with Salesforce to pull data right into the dashboard which your entire team is able to access and action.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality does seem siloed at times and can be difficult to navigate right off the bat if you haven't had any formal training. It's still a great interface despite the various functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track customer interactions at every level with social outreach, email correspondence, and phone calls. This helps us know how to best keep customers engaged.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best turn key solution for your organization to have all your sales team be engaged. It integrates easily with Salesforce to pull data right into the dashboard which your entire team is able to access and action. We have found so many different use cases where outreach has been helpful for not only our team but for various teams across our sales organization and marketing. The ability to track is world class and gives insights that other tools have but don't integrate directly with the communication.

I like being able to pre-populate templates for emails and set out a scheduled block of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requiring "tasks" for a different team member/Department is irritating

using templates and snippets for communication to mulitiple clients

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations, ease of use. Able to execute tasks and outreach for efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to migrate instances. Unable to push content from one instance to another. Had to copy/paste all messaging into new instance.

Increase outreach and engagement efficiently.

the capability to sequence multiple people at once and viewing my personal reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is hard to search specific personas and get the results I am looking for. Also, wish it automatically updated contacts.

Getting access to a lot of different individuals. Knowing when they have last been contacted or put in a sequence.

take your time and get to know system
Very capable product, but little to no dedicated support
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to build sequences, sync contacts, and connect to your CRM so that you can make sure all of the sales teams' activities are being logged.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personalization is often better than what you can do in a marketing platform, so it would be cool if we could make the emails look a little more professional (like HTML coding or other design). The emails all are just plain text so very easy to get lost in today's inundated inboxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling our BDR teams' outbound efforts, and we've also downsized our sales teams so we're able to automate a lot of the outreach on "behalf" of a nonexistent sales team. We're also able to measure the open rates / click through rates of our emails which helps with optimizing subject lines and email copy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have not used a sales automation platform before, you will need help onboarding & operationalizing the product. I'm not sure what Outreach's onboarding plans are, but make sure you get support. Unless you're on the highest tier, you won't get much dedicated support afterward.

What do you like best about the product?
The email automation make it so much quicker which gives you the ability to reach far more prospects than manually generating a email for each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some getting use to all of the different sections.

Outreach has helped organize my day much better than I ever could do on my own.
Can't live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
How all my software and tools are able to be so integrated seamlessly within outreach. From the analytics to the ease of use, it honestly feels like if I did not have it I would not be able to do my job!
What do you dislike about the product?
I run into a lot of issues mainly on the internal side of the software small bugs that eventually get fixed later on, not a deal-breaker at all but it is comforting to see that they handle it proactively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is one of the key benefits that I have experienced while using Outreach. The fact that my SFDC is integrated a long with other social platforms and tools makes the whole software amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
What I love is all the many ways Outreach allows you to slice and dice the activity for your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that bad numbers aren't automatically taken out of the task list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of letting any prospect fall through the gaps of my outreach efforts. With this tool, I have visibility over all my prospects.

unavailability of OOTB connectors with top marketing automation tools like Eloqua, Marketo etc.
