What do you like best about the product?
The sequencing capabilities are by far the best part of Outreach. It is very simple and straightforward to create, add prospects, and execute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome Extension can be a little clunky at times, and if your computer is not up to date, it can slow things down.

The tool's versatility allows you to send one-off emails, LinkedIn requests, one-off dials, large sequences spanning time, and so much more!

Learning can be overwhelming, but it's incredible once you master the navigation.

We are staying on top of prospects and creating multiple touchpoints on the people we want to get in touch with.

Be ready to have extensive training on navigation and best practices, and reap massive rewards when you've done that!

What do you dislike about the product?
-The interface could be more user-friendly. It is not very intuitive.
-The icons on the left menu don't indicate what the purpose of each one is. I often hover over each icon to read each title to determine which one I need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes scaling my outbound prospecting more efficient. It acts as a database or repository of my target prospects, outbound templates, and the history of messages I've sent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I find it easier to scroll through my account list and prospects in Outreach over Salesforce. Outreach pulls your Salesforce data, so if your Salesforce data has inconsistencies, it's going to carry over into Outreach. Outreach has many filter options, which is nice, but if your sales operations team lacks organization and limits filter categories in Salesforce, your capabilities will be limited in Outreach.
Great tool to automate sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool to keep track of open tasks. This software is the best solution for you to move forward with your company and a greater way to maximize generated profit. They're ability to track email opens and clicks is also extremely valuable in identifying which prospects are engaging most with the material I send over. The reporting and amount of features is incredible to a point where I get embarrassed at our own efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think so that there is anything to dislike about outreach. The only one that I can imagine is that when you start fresh on the system, the interface can be a little bit daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates our sales strategy. It helps us follow a cadence or campaign on emailing, calling, sending a LinkedIn message, etc. Outreach always leads the way in terms of feature innovation, and they continue to offer the best outbound email settings to truly automate your process. It makes the calling and emailing breeze

I love that outreach makes it easy to templatize and automate emails, so I can fire out follow ups and checkins at light speed!
What do you dislike about the product?
That I hadn't discovered it sooner. My only beef with Outreach is their lack of mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ever honest father time. I cut my emailing tasks by at least 90%. This frees up my time to spend out in the field with my partners.

The cold calling process is automated and sequences help you organize the process.

I wish that it was a little easier to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I'm solving is making sure nobody slips through the cracks. It's very easy to forget about a potential prospect that never answered the phone.

The insights and reporting within outreach are useful to understand the context behind the engagements behind the scenes

Data pull does not allow selected fields, requires all data to be pulled, and is not scalable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
impact of outreach to outcomes - i.e. pipegen, closed won, closed lost characteristics- defining the leading indicators for success. There's a beta edition available but not sure if we can use the data yet
