Good tool for the Inside Sales Team

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using outreach for the last 3 years & is a very helpful tool in prospecting. Sequences made our sales team more effective and have improved our overall close rates. Integrates well with salesforce & HubSpot so you can directly import contacts & opportunities from Salesforce to Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it's a great tool for but I don't see much in reporting part. It's difficult to create & prepare reports. we have to do manual work in reporting. I think Outreach work on reporting part to make it easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot in prospecting & scheduling meetings. Eay to Engage with clients via Sequencing. now our team is more productive as every day they have pre-planned work by outreach to work on that day.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach connects with Chrome and Gmail to let me use the platform in multiple different way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an ios app and connections for iphone and ipad. Limited safari support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to manage my pg and keep prospects moving through campaigns in an automated fashion. This makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you work with your admin to get trained and understand your orgs settings

What do you like best about the product?
The commands are easy to use and the operation is quite intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat support is good, they answer fast, but many times they only send as a reply a link with information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of the tools we have better management of marketing campaigns and much more automated responses.

Finicky and not user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see engagement on a pretty much live basis... from clicks, views, and responses. That's very helpful. Additionally, the outreach widget it a great feature that works with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like outreach is always crashing, working slowly, not recording calls correctly. It's not really user friendly, and there are a million different places to do 1 simple task. I seems like it could be a little more simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a prospect marketing platform software that we use. I'm sure it's ok, but I feel that I've used better. I don't know that it necessarily makes me more productive. I feel like sometimes it causes problems with obstacles we're trying to solve in it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I probably would not recommend. If my company would be interested in looking at other software, I would like to see what is out that that competes.

Email format can be impacted by including an HTML link in the body of the email

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The tool is intuitive and easy to learn. There are lots of online resources to help you improve usage and get better results from the campaigns being launched.
What do you dislike about the product?
As smooth as the experience is, you still need data to power the experience. Between what's behind the smart fields and a clean emailing list, this is not a standalone solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization at scale. We need better data to pull it off.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a great data source to make the best use of the platform.

Great overall outbound prospecting tool

What do you like best about the product?
The central dashboard prioritizes all your tasks and shows your email views. I'm always telling my team to work off this dashboard. You can call prospects as they view your emails which really improves the connect rates on outbound calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with Salesforce creates duplicates or does not update status'. Also certain custom fields in Salesforce cannot be filtered against, so this can create some confusion between BDR's and Account Executives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create email cadences. These targeted campaigns contain specific messaging towards prospects that fit in our ICP. Additionally we've been able to track metrics across different emails using AB testing, and this has helped tune up our messaging across the entire team and improve overall reply rates.

Informative and Gets the work done

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very crisp and to the point. The Research is usually very up to date and insights can be directly used to improve your daily business operations overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it expensive, as far as the competitors are concerned, and many secondary resources are easily searchable using a simple google search. Could be more graphs and analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What required months of research is usually available within mins. Time to market and the ability to reach to decisions is faster and quicker, I now don't have to hire interns for this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This seems llike a great tool to sample other softwares in the industry.

Keep prospecting organized

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, keeps prospecting organized and great that calls can be made through using Twilio (included). There is flexibility with changing steps for sequencing and can use calendly for getting meetings on the calendar. Also, great insights on what's working and what's not
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to use once you have the training and navigate through it for a couple of weeks. There is a learning curve because of all the different customization you can make with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to scale the number of prospects we're reaching out to and able to have visibility on when we reached out and activities we have completed with the prospect. Love being able to put prospects on a conveyor belt and complete appropriate tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform that enables your team. I would have weekly teaching sessions on it as a team to collaborate on what's working well and areas of improvement.
