Extremely powerful. How did I live without this?

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to have consistent and strategic engagement with my prospects. I love that the outreach plugin works in Gmail and Linkedin and on webpages so I can leverage the workflow that fits me best. I love that Outreach keeps me organized with not just calling and emailing, but having a plan for all of my outreach. I like that I can customize fields and create variables with if/then logic to use in templates, and share sequences across my organization. I also love the email tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish that the browser plug-in could extract information from the webpage. I also wish that I as an end-user could bulk upload prospects or edit them in a spreadsheet format on the Outreach portal. I also wish the email tracking could differentiate which recipient was opening the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to prospect to my potential customers very efficiently and effectively. It saves an incredible amount of time and energy. By using Outreach I am able to stay on top of the details and prevent things from falling through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
From a sequence management standpoint, the most helpful part of Outreach is their Sentiment reporting feature. This highlights discrepancies we'd never been able to quantify in prior sequence-performance reporting. Incredible technology.

Additionally, HUGE shoutout to the Customer Success team. Love the folks I get to work with here, they have all been exceptionally on the ball and very helpful. They make Outreach a true partner to my team and I sincerely appreciate them.
What do you dislike about the product?
End-user experience has a few limitations when building and adjusting sequences. I think there's some patents in the way of this. Still an excellent product that has a major impact on the effectiveness of our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beyond the efficiency a sales engagement platform creates for our BDR team, what makes Outreach stand out and what we're using them uniquely for solving is the measurement of messaging performance. No other solution I'm aware of offers the same quality of insights into how our messaging is performing as a program and rep-by-rep.

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility is the key to Outreach's value to our organization. We can see what is working and what needs improvement. When paired with Salesforce.com the possibilities are endless with reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to the tool is the integration, this has more to do with our side of the process and not on Outreach. Having an addition of gamification would be an excellent addition to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve a few problems with Outreach. The major one is that we gain understanding of what our BDR/SDR teams are doing and what is working. So optimization as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for contacting a large number of contacts and keeping track of engagement while being very simple to use

What do you like best about the product?
Using extensions like ZoomInfo while we are in the profile is more useful. The UI of the list view of prospects for a particular account is more useful and having an option to call within the same view helps the sales team.
Sales sequence is a wonderful feature.
Zoominfo and salesforce are the tools, I use with outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of a prospect view must be improved - The prospects notes field is so small, having an option to edit the layout and the size of each field can help users to adjust it to their preference.
When creating a sales sequence having an option to send it at a particular time of the day is more important and if time zone options are given within the sales sequence, it would be amazing.
Outreach syncing with CRM should be improved for a seamless experience - When updating a phone number/notes / Bad contact information, these are the most important information while outbound, having an option to reflect these in the CRM would reduce repetitive tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use outreach for booking meetings with my clients via calls, emails, and sales sequence.
Call recording is wonderful to review, the history of email exchanged to a particular prospect is more helpful, and adding prospects to my sales sequence is so easy with the prospects view.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is primarily good for sales sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to put prospects in cadences that could include multiple different channel touch points.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Outreach. It helps get the SDR job done in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to reach out to many different prospects in a quick & timely manner. I also love the reminders of people who've opened your emails.

What do you like best about the product?
How I don't have to think about sending emails Outreach will tell me explicitly when I need to send them and make calls based on best times of the day for open and connect rates!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of buttons to press to log a call; I feel like it should know if they didn't answer or not without me having to click "no answer".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in our outbound motion for emailing and calling people
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dig into it! The best advice I got as a seller was to dive into new technology because you probably wouldn't have bought it if it stunk. Know it can be annoying to figure out at first, but I promise if you can even generate one or two additional meetings or get 1% faster using the new tool it's worth it, in my millennial opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to create custom email sequences and report on them. Build custom sequences for specific teams and segments. You can even perform A/B testing!
- All your Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in one place. Easy for sales managers to review and give feedback to the reps.
- Email nurturing with all email performance KPIs. Reps can use custom email templates to engage with prospects. Saves a lot of time.
- A lot of your sales process is automated, leaving a few extra hours every day for your reps to be more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
- It takes quite some time for all your sales team to adapt to Outreach. There will definitely be some resistance from some reps as it takes them longer to update activities but it works great once they get used to it.
- Since a lot of things can be customized to your organization's need, It takes weeks or sometimes months to set up outreach. The process is tedious and you will need a dedicated resource to make this happen. The outreach Support Team is very helpful so don't hesitate to reach out to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Making the most of a rep's time by automating most of the sales process. Using Outreach easily adds a few hours more every day to a rep's time.
- Never miss on a sales follow-up with custom email sequences. These can be customized by rep or by team or by specific prospect source/segments.
- We were able to drive more sales rep accountability using performance KPIs to report on tasks, quality prospect connects, nurture sequences, and more.
