Outreach Overview
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything can stay organized in one place. I like that I can set reminders for myself and they will automatically pop up. I haven't used another platform so there's nothing to compare it to but its fairly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the easiest to use if you are not tech savvy. The filters and falling out of sequence make it easy for things to get lost in the shuffle; especially if you have more than 500 prospects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem-solving is mostly done on my end. I've experienced a few crashes on the platform. But typically, the sync to salesforce is quick and effienct.
Best prospecting/organizational tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface. Onboarding was easy & much better than our previous tool. Integrations are smooth & make working more efficient. Outreach is a must-have for your sales team! We switched to Outreach. 6months ago Despite the cost, we saw the advantages. After onboarding as a BDR, we instantly noticed the benefits. From template creation to importing contacts at lightning speed, we are very happy with Outreach.io I do feel it is the best prospecting tool out there & we have generated a lot of leads using Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn capabilities are sort of limited. I had to jump back & forth from Outreach to LinkedIn to see the info I wanted to gather. I would also like a link to their LinkedIn that opens in an extension. LinkedIn is so important in cold prospecting & personalizing emails I need to see their profile. Other than that Outreach has been a wonderful tool. If somehow you could see the entire profile, it would be a huge value add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency & task management for our sales team. A huge benefit is staying on top of prospects using creative outreach & the bulk compose feature for marketing materials. Our time to get engagement from a prospect was dramatically increased. Also, the data you can get on sequences is also a huge benefit. You can see what is working & what is not working which allowed your team to pivot quickly. This was the biggest benefit for our team. We loved to quickly see what is getting read, engaged, and focus on those individuals
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool for your BDR or sales team- outreach is it. The data they can offer up is unmatched by everything else I have used in my sales career.
Outreach rapidly increases call volume, while maintaining organization
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach enables dial after dial in rapid succession. It makes high call volumes possible without sacrificing client knowledge due to its notes feature. It also integrates well with salesforce, which rocks!

The options for call results could be a tad more robust.

Dialing a high amount of prospects in one day while also keeping them organized

I like that you can filter out the prospects that have opened the content that emailed and view how many times the candidate is opening the emails. This feature is my favorite
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem is the sequences that are in the system. They are not always good content from the IMR user perspective. TIt creates a problem and is very time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the most success using outreach when I follow up with the system's task after the sequence is complete. I am productive. However, this is very time-consuming. I think this could be better. The important thing is to have the ability to get the sequences created for the personas. I think this would help tremendously

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to have consistent and strategic engagement with my prospects. I love that the outreach plugin works in Gmail and Linkedin and on webpages so I can leverage the workflow that fits me best. I love that Outreach keeps me organized with not just calling and emailing, but having a plan for all of my outreach. I like that I can customize fields and create variables with if/then logic to use in templates, and share sequences across my organization. I also love the email tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish that the browser plug-in could extract information from the webpage. I also wish that I as an end-user could bulk upload prospects or edit them in a spreadsheet format on the Outreach portal. I also wish the email tracking could differentiate which recipient was opening the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to prospect to my potential customers very efficiently and effectively. It saves an incredible amount of time and energy. By using Outreach I am able to stay on top of the details and prevent things from falling through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
From a sequence management standpoint, the most helpful part of Outreach is their Sentiment reporting feature. This highlights discrepancies we'd never been able to quantify in prior sequence-performance reporting. Incredible technology.
Additionally, HUGE shoutout to the Customer Success team. Love the folks I get to work with here, they have all been exceptionally on the ball and very helpful. They make Outreach a true partner to my team and I sincerely appreciate them.

What do you dislike about the product?
End-user experience has a few limitations when building and adjusting sequences. I think there's some patents in the way of this. Still an excellent product that has a major impact on the effectiveness of our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beyond the efficiency a sales engagement platform creates for our BDR team, what makes Outreach stand out and what we're using them uniquely for solving is the measurement of messaging performance. No other solution I'm aware of offers the same quality of insights into how our messaging is performing as a program and rep-by-rep.
Amazing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility is the key to Outreach's value to our organization. We can see what is working and what needs improvement. When paired with Salesforce.com the possibilities are endless with reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to the tool is the integration, this has more to do with our side of the process and not on Outreach. Having an addition of gamification would be an excellent addition to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve a few problems with Outreach. The major one is that we gain understanding of what our BDR/SDR teams are doing and what is working. So optimization as a whole.
