What do you like best about the product?
can easily create sequences to prospect. Good to see A/B different messaging to see what lands best. We leverage/integrate outreach with our CRM (Salesforce).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Reporting can be clunky at times, but i've seen it improve as they continue to invest in their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach provides the sales organization a valuable tool to organize and automate all messaging for prospecting. Helps them save significant time and effort with their outbounding efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is valueable tool to gain insight into your messaging and auto outbound activities for your sales organization

What do you like best about the product?
Simple email sequence building and scheduling for sales cadences is perfect. I can see which accounts are spending on my product's vertical and whch contacts at those accounts are active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Password change every month is alittle much but that could be a preference set by my IT team. Limit of ~100 emails a day (SPAM laws)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily email coverage on thousands of accounts, organization of contacts/accounts is premium!

What do you like best about the product?

Actually - everything I disliked when I first started using it I figured it out and I like it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving being organized, having more control, and better outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall UI of the software and the UX is ok, but can still be improved.
I like the high and diversified number of touchpoints in a sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be a bit more customizable depending on the company's needs. It is primarily helpful to Enterprise SDRs (for example), who have a book of accounts to work and target.
Also, the insight reports needs a bit more work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to engage with prospects, for outbound prospecting and calling, as well as it gives me an overall idea of my efforts by having visibility over reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Reminders, schedules, and automation to make the sales team more efficient and would make the reps not miss out on any single follow-up to any potential prospects in their bucket
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is slightly higher but it makes upon productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make sure the important follow-ups are not slipped through the crack. And, giving equal weightage to all the accounts in their respective bucket. Greater control over content is another thing

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach does integrate from salesforce and can help any outbound role immensely—overall very user-friendly and has a lot of great reports built-in to your account. Great platform that helps enable me in my daily sales role.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's doesn't integrate back to salesforce, which can be super frustrating from an efficiency and productivity standpoint. Outreach has also been offline and glitchy sometimes where we cannot make calls or log emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has extraordinary follow-up abilities and task setting capabilities to ensure you never forget to follow up with a prospect. Sequences are easy to build out and have a tremendous A/B testing functionality that allows you to make decisions based on data—great insights through outreach engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is excellent for automating and scaling your prospecting efforts. I also enjoy the reminders and tasks to help me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach could provide recommendations and statistics on why some sequences perform better than others to help improve the response rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping me to save time rewriting emails, decide which emails are more likely to get a response, how to track tasks, and daily prospecting tasks. I'm more productive using Outreach.

I would recommend those considering Outreach to test it and see if it fits your prospecting, pipeline, or analytics needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Outreaches capability to do as much as it can. From analytics, to email tracking, to a great salesforce connection it encompasses everything. From a back-end perspective I think it is a very seamless process to connect to a CRM and update users/triggers and fields and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
That new user email claim links get sent to most users spam emails inside of Gmail haha(not sure if that is just our org or not). Not much of a problem. The 2nd thing is if Outreach would be able to incorporate an easier method of mass locking/disabling users accounts inside of really only being able to sort smart view by last time logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping sales users everyday do their job more seamless with outreach. The outreach extension is incredible and makes it very easy for users to add prospects/contacts/leads into outreach and immediately be able to email/contact them. As well as help with automatic lead routing into a specific sequence depending on lead inquiry criteria.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach overall is a great tool. What I like best about it is how it track every activity done, allows you to record notes in real-time, and have them easily visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real dislikes on my part. It is an easy-to-use and great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has helped track activities, help organize our day, and easier to send mass emails. This has saved a ton of time. On average our team is able to send at least 100 emails in 2 mins.
