Great Outreach Tool for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach does integrate from salesforce and can help any outbound role immensely—overall very user-friendly and has a lot of great reports built-in to your account. Great platform that helps enable me in my daily sales role.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's doesn't integrate back to salesforce, which can be super frustrating from an efficiency and productivity standpoint. Outreach has also been offline and glitchy sometimes where we cannot make calls or log emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has extraordinary follow-up abilities and task setting capabilities to ensure you never forget to follow up with a prospect. Sequences are easy to build out and have a tremendous A/B testing functionality that allows you to make decisions based on data—great insights through outreach engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is excellent for automating and scaling your prospecting efforts. I also enjoy the reminders and tasks to help me stay organized.

Outreach could provide recommendations and statistics on why some sequences perform better than others to help improve the response rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping me to save time rewriting emails, decide which emails are more likely to get a response, how to track tasks, and daily prospecting tasks. I'm more productive using Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Outreaches capability to do as much as it can. From analytics, to email tracking, to a great salesforce connection it encompasses everything. From a back-end perspective I think it is a very seamless process to connect to a CRM and update users/triggers and fields and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
That new user email claim links get sent to most users spam emails inside of Gmail haha(not sure if that is just our org or not). Not much of a problem. The 2nd thing is if Outreach would be able to incorporate an easier method of mass locking/disabling users accounts inside of really only being able to sort smart view by last time logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping sales users everyday do their job more seamless with outreach. The outreach extension is incredible and makes it very easy for users to add prospects/contacts/leads into outreach and immediately be able to email/contact them. As well as help with automatic lead routing into a specific sequence depending on lead inquiry criteria.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach overall is a great tool. What I like best about it is how it track every activity done, allows you to record notes in real-time, and have them easily visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real dislikes on my part. It is an easy-to-use and great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has helped track activities, help organize our day, and easier to send mass emails. This has saved a ton of time. On average our team is able to send at least 100 emails in 2 mins.
As a CSM and a 1-many PM outreach is an excellent tool for reps to create targeted programs

sometimes the UI is confusing and it could give more direction on where to go and how to use

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach integrates well with all of our other tools, making the prospecting process painless. The ability to manage the outreach cycle is top-notch and more effective than other sales software I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there isn't much that I dislike. I think it would be cool if Outreach had some premade templates (if they don't already), that would allow sales people to learn how to build custom sequences, day 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has solved the problem of constantly checking my email to see if a prospect has replied. Outreach "pings me" when a prospect replies, making it really easy to call them once they have opened your email.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need to conduct outreach as an SDR is at my fingertips
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is "email open" tracking features, the data is limited to the "first open time/location". In some cases, there are too many "bells and whistles" for me to learn/use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized outreach to prospects - saving email templates - keeping track of "high value" targets - call recording. All of this helps our team stay productive and knowledgeable about our patch & prospects.

Connecting Outreach through my email has helped me save so much time since every email sent then creates an activity in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to find the opportunity in the subject line, pulls the partner opportunity that was responded to most recently, otherwise no issues, I love it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more efficient with my time and not duplicating my efforts through other CRM's. I have been a lot more productive with Outreach.
