Outreach is a must-have system for automating, streamlining and improving your email process.
What do you like best about the product?
As an Enablement specialist, Outreach gives me the insight needed to train our field-facing teams effectively. It also connects with our various tech stacks allowing me to move seamlessly between the multiple platforms while maintaining that crucial visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a concerted amount of time and effort in the beginning to learn how to use Outreach, but after you understand it, it all makes sense and is very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to sync Outreach with so many different tools, which allow us to pull insights and pivot our focus if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequencing: My favorite!
Visibility: Collaborative nature of the software allows me to work with my SDR to ensure no overlap
Analytics: Know what's working and what's not, and adapt your strategy from there!
Automation: saves you a TON of time that you would have spent manually
Integrations: so many seamless integrations, beyond just CRM & email!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! It will just be a matter of continuously keeping up with any enhancements in this ever changing tech world! Which I am sure they will do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time via automation, turning data into actionable insights, knowing where to best spend your time and on who, user friendly, consolidation (removes the needs for other tools because it checks so many boxes)
Outreach Review
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and the intuitiveness of the tool. My entire team uses it for sending emails and using templates to send out to our customers. I have been using it for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it comes in different languages. But other than that, I can't complain because, like I said, it's a tool I've been using for a couple of years now, and it gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today we're using outreach to send out emails and also store email templates for outreach that the team can use when either prospecting or interacting with our customers.

Store communications templates for personal use or share with team, bulk upload, ease of use. Creates efficiencies personally and across teams, can tailor some functionalities as well.

Love outreach! Use it daily to manage portfolio and plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk outreach to clients. Plan outbound communication strategies. Helps drive sales and reach many clients on a regular and standardized cadence. Leverage templates to save time.
A handy tool to nurture existing prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to nurture prospective buyers separate from traditional email nurture via marketing automation platforms. This ability is helpful when prospective buyers may have opted out of email communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a prospective buyer responds to a nurture sequence, Outreach doesn't provide analytics about the type of response for marketing to analyze. For example, the contact could have responded with 'not interested'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach to send communications coming from a sales representative to prospective buyers who have opted out of traditional email communications. It provides us with another avenue of communication. In terms of benefits, one of the marketing-crafted sequences performs well, with open rates above 50% and CTRs above 5%,
Must have tool to execute sales plays across multiple departments
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. I'm the LEAST technical person ever and have figured out how to become a power-user of Outreach in a matter of days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, and perhaps it's just the way we have things configured, is that we aren't able to allow our reps to customize a sequence with industry relevant use cases at scale using the cloned templates without compromising the reporting data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach to execute corporate-wide sales plays and for our ABM efforts. I'm super excited to get 6Sense integrated so that we can start executing our sales plays to the right buyers, at the right time, with the right message.
THE tool to use for IC's and Managers
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is superb, from connecting to SFDC, to the reporting feature, Outreach has enabled me both to hit my number when I was in sales, to having the confidence and insights needed to coach my team. My favorite feature is being able to listen in on calls
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of crashes. When outreach goes down, the team scrambles, unfortunately, this occurs about once every 2 months. I will say, though, that the Chat Support feature has never failed to resolve an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights into when my team is calling is the most helpful. Whenever a reps CC rate is low, I''m able to not only see at a granular level as to when reps are dialing, but can also see calling trends in helpful infographics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up for the trainings and work closely with your customer success manager to stay on top of continuing updates. Its a robust tool and can uplevel your work, but only if you understand the power of outreach.
Solid Sales Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and straightforward interface for automating tasks and cadences. I like that it triggers alerts when someone opens an email multiple times. Their professional services team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality isn't useful. You cannot pull in certain data into Salesforce without going through their API, which is also somewhat limited at this point. They should focus on building intelligence around reply sentiment analysis, patterns in good emails, timing follow ups, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation typical use cases. Benefits include productivity, tracking, and more responses (due to automated followups). Some folks in marketing also use Outreach for follow up because it's simple and self-service oriented.

Compare to competitors before purchasing and know your use case well.
Key tool for success
What do you like best about the product?
The UIO is intuitive, the task reminders, the amount of times that a prospect has interacted with your outreach, the integration into SF is seamless, and the icons are easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that could be improved is the amount of alerts for the same thing. Another is that the sequence making process can be a bit hard to learn but once you get it, it becomes easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using outreach to solve the outreach to prospects problem. When there are so many accounts to target and snippets about everyone to remember, its great to have a tool that makes all of that readily available.
Simplify & Scale Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Time spent creating campaigns decreased significantly. The time spent uncovering which campaigns works best decreased significantly. Easy access to a library of consistently updated assets helps to ensure that sellers are always working from approved campaigns and are utilizing best practices. We are able to achieve scale in our campaigns, and generate pipeline and ARR more quickly than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration into CRM and tracking efficacy of campaigns and tying them back to pipeline creation can feel a bit like changing the wheels on the bus as it's moving. Took us a while to get this right, though I believe if your company is in an earlier stage and is working through less technical debt it will be much easier to start off on the right foot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we are trying to solve: Scale our higest response campaigns to prospects and customers by automating the transmission of campaigns on behalf of our GTM team. The role of the sellers in particular is far lighter, because outreach is configured so that the campaigns are sent on their behalf and their role is just to field the positive responses and close deals.
