Simplify & Scale Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Time spent creating campaigns decreased significantly. The time spent uncovering which campaigns works best decreased significantly. Easy access to a library of consistently updated assets helps to ensure that sellers are always working from approved campaigns and are utilizing best practices. We are able to achieve scale in our campaigns, and generate pipeline and ARR more quickly than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration into CRM and tracking efficacy of campaigns and tying them back to pipeline creation can feel a bit like changing the wheels on the bus as it's moving. Took us a while to get this right, though I believe if your company is in an earlier stage and is working through less technical debt it will be much easier to start off on the right foot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we are trying to solve: Scale our higest response campaigns to prospects and customers by automating the transmission of campaigns on behalf of our GTM team. The role of the sellers in particular is far lighter, because outreach is configured so that the campaigns are sent on their behalf and their role is just to field the positive responses and close deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the user interface to be easy to navigate and setting up sequences and pulling basic analytics is pretty seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support has been average in my opinion and updates to the platform seem to be few and far between
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to streamline my email outreach to a broad list of accounts and provides nice analytics in terms of open rates and engagement.

Easy to use and overall very intuitive. I love how it helps me keep organized and efficient.

Sometimes the sync with salesforce isn't as clean as I'd like.

Automated emails. They help me daily and they help my outreach significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the name on the Google chrome widget doesn't match with the name on the actual browser. I have to restart sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LIterally saves hours of my day. This is a great piece of software.

It takes a while to get going with it, so don't feel discouraged. It is a great tool.

The system helps keep our teams organized and holds them accountable for the work they're doing, or what they need to catch up on.

I wish there were a few more features, such as single selecting holidays you want to impact your sequencing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, functionality. It is your primary center of activity for an activity-driven role. Analytics are also good, delivering data on all activities performed through the platform (all of them).
What do you dislike about the product?
Email tracking is not the best; lots of processes in the administration of Outreach are redundant or unnecessarily long. There could also be improved search, more intuitive

Increasing efficiency is the core improvement: more activities, more successes.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences make it easy to target multiple different segments with specific messaging and never forget your tasks. Filtering through your prospects makes it easy to keep up to date when they have been last contacted. So many useful functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really, just some improvements like in any product. Could mention that some of the activities log to the results with quite a delay so if you want to see activites in real time its not always possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting through the current CRM with greater visibility. Adding prospect and account based notes and information to enrich the CRM. Logging call and email activity.

Templates, Sequences & the ability to bulk uoload contacts

It can be quite easy to lose the run of yourself where you end up having tonnes of sequences and templates that are never used

Staying on top of critical prospects and following up in a timely, efficient manner

What do you like best about the product?
Huge time saver for SDRs. Great for sequencing and automating a lot of their work. It also ensured standardized communication across SDRs.

There's not much to dislike, to be honest. A bit more customization in reports would be great.
