Great analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to know what my reach is with different campaigns. I can do a/b testing and identify when emails are clicked into or ignored.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Outreach is that it often disconnects from my email account, requiring me to re-sync the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great tool for sales prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is simple to configure. I appreciate the ability for marketers to create templates while allowing BDR's and AE's the ability to customize and personalize. It makes the team very effecient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any email tool, it's only as good as the data behind it and content within it. That is a not Outreach's fault, but does make it easy for people to be lazy assuming the technology is a good replacement for actually doing the hard work of data hygiene and content develpment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach to help facilitate top of funnel pipeline. It's a great tool to assist sellers with connecting with people and a great compliment to phone, social or other communication channels.
Outreach is great for firing off dials
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple it is to be able to start making dials and not have to go and search for a contact each time, it helps remove the search and peck process for finding your contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Outreach synced up with Cases within Salesforce. I work as a Customer Success Manager now and I cannot sync up dials to individual cases, which would be a great way to streamline even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to use Outreach quite a bit for making dials as an SDR, and it's ease of use allowed me to use it in another role for getting clients back onto their Implementation calls. It has helped me stay organized to not let calls fall through the cracks.
Outreach- Perfect sales tool for your team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it allows my team to organize their day, tracks workflows and outbound sales intel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like; for new users, the learning curve can be a little tricky, but they can provide excellent documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of tracking and organizing sales reps activities and target customer base. We have seen a 15% YOY since using this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is important to take this tool seriously and take time each day to self-assess your progress and plan your day accordingly.
Great Tool for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
From a managers review, I like the outreach extension the most as you can upload from SFDC, send updates from the ext, schedule meetings, and create call tasks.
From a SDRs review, its a time saver to set up campaigns and triggers to monitor your territory and send mass engagement emails.
From a SDRs review, its a time saver to set up campaigns and triggers to monitor your territory and send mass engagement emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customer service. From a managers review the customer service is available via email which can take a few hours to get a response or to resolve but it means that some of my staff are down if outrach can not send or is stuck in idle mode which happens a lot with the SFDC integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that outreach has been good with is the ability to schedule meetings and have access to someones calendar which is a big time saver for SDRs. Also, it has helped us send emails internationaly at a set time zone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at pricing and see if it makes sense. This is a tool that gives you lots of options and abilities for the right type of company that will rely on heavy email nurture.
SDR Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Outreach for 5+ years as an SDR and as an SDR Manager. I knew Outreach was a top of the line product when it comes to prospecting but now I've also had the chance to use competitor products and get a better feel for the landscape of prospecting products. What i've found it confirmation that Outreach really is the best product on the market. While others have similar capabilities and possibly different offerings, Outreach is the most comprehensive and user friendly of the bunch!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm utilizing Outreach's AI features and trying to adopt all of their new releases. As far as my company's needs they are completely met. As my team expands I hope to find new ways to use the system and will continue to provide suggestions for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of using multiple systems to complete a call, log the information, research the contact and then move to the next person. Outreach brought 3+ systems into one and cut our time per contact in half! The efficiencies gained not only for calling and sequencing but through emailing could replace an entire SDR. My team could literally achieve their goals in half of a work day.
Couldn't do it without Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes things a lot easier as a salesperson. The ability to be able to schedule certain emails to go out, phone call reminders, etc is a game changer. We use outreach for most of our day to day here and I know people who don't and have the worst time with getting connected to people.Outreach makes things a lot easier as a salesperson. What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The only issue I can think of is sometimes it freezes and lags but its rare. It is a great tool to be able to create a very customized approach to key companies and key people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing to multiple people, setting up sequences is a game-changer, phone call reminders, tasks. It has made things a lot easier but has also made them a lot more predictable. I have been able to solve problems concering emailing people back and the ability to be able to reach out to hundreds of people with certain emails all at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it if you want to create a more predictable sales approach. It makes everyone's life easier on the team. It allows people to create a model that makes sense for their prospects. It allows you to split different industry verticals and be able to reach out to people in a very customized way
Sales engagement's finest!
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are a game-changer. Snippets are super helpful to save time and personalize at scale. Manual tasks help me stay on top of my pipeline. Reporting offers the data to prove which tactics are working / or not, which enables me to adjust as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buggy sometimes. Granted, probably due to the mass growth the team is experiencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How are my emails performing? Where do I start my day? How do I know which prospects to engage with (based on their opens, clicks, etc.)?
I have enjoyed using outreach and think it is a good tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use sequences to help speed up my outreach. I am able to customize my messaging while still being able to reach large amounts of contacts and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just the fact that it automates everything for the most part can also be a con. I think sometimes I fall into the trap of relying on it too much and relying on sequences, when some level of personalized outreach can also be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I came from the inbound sales side, so outreach helps me with regards to staying on top of my prospecting. I have booked several meetings through outreach, and it certainly helps me reach more prospects than doing everything manually.
Outreach is a great sales enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is that it's a very flexible tool. It's great for sequencing and automating a lot of the sales reps' work and standardizing communication. It's very streamlined and easy to setup. Outreach also offers triggers and rulesets that allow for great customization of the instance. The integration with Salesforce is easy to set up and works well, which is essential for most businesses. Other tools like Sendoso, Drift, etc also integrate directly which adds a lot of value to the product. The Outreach Everywhere plug-in is also a great addition; this works well with the workflows of our sales reps'. It also integrates with Gmail/Outlook which makes things easier and ensures that all essential communication is tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little I dislike about Outreach. I think the UI can be a little messy at times. I also think the reporting aspect could be improved, allowing for more custom reports. The email bounce is not immediately visible and can allow for prospects to slip thorugh the cracks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps us streamline and automate emails to prospects in an effort to increase booked meetings/demo's. It allows us to increase sales productivity and effectiveness. Also, it allows us to standardize communication and perform A/B testing with sequences or templates.
