What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a collaborative solution. As a field sales rep, I am able to add prospects to my inside seller's sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit sequence stages when prospects are active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to both have customized sequences and also provide air coverage emails for large audiences.
The go-to sales communication platform
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a wide suite of features but the bread winners are the email sequencing with easy-to-read reporting, and useful utility tools like the calendar for booking meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I dislike about Outreach are more technical and may be unavoidable. They send emails from your reps' email domain, so you can run into spam issues if you have too loose of restrictions on what your reps can and can't do. Additionally, they leverage your google account for storing images, which has led to some issues when reps leave the company and their account gets deactivated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we're solving is automating sales outreach and interaction with their prospects. Instead of needing to be on top of every next step with every prospect, they can use automation to take away a lot of the busywork. The benefits are massive, as reps spend more time selling and speaking with those who are interested and less time managing communication and when to talk to who.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look at how many sales reps you have and how large you expect your team to be. I'd also look at what you're currently using for a CRM and whether it integrates well. I think for small teams (<5 reps or so) Outreach may be overkill.
Necessary tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
This has become a necessary tool for the team to keep track of their prospects and tasks each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CS support is pretty bad. We have meetings with our CS rep regularly, and he has provided us little to no value, and every question we ask he has to circle back on and claims he's going to "email us" the answer then, it will take weeks. The platform crashes pretty regularly, and there's consistent errors when making dials at least once a week for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization for team members working and prospecting accounts.
Outreach is a solid solution for integrating SFDC, Zoom Info and managing contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to sequence email, phone, other contacts with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to select groups or types of contacts to put into sequences. This has been easier in other solutions I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing previous prospect connections and the results from those is very helpful. Outreach shows activity with each contact as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think of the other options I've used (MixMax and Groove), that Outreach is the most fully featured and useful version of this type of software, but there definitely are features in the other platforms that are not available in Outreach that I miss. Foremost of these is the difficulty importing contacts to build a sequence.
Great product, helpful for SDRs and AEs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the interface is to use and the intuitive UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting were a bit more robust. Perhaps I don't know how to use it, but an integration with SFDC reports would be fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows my AEs and SDRs to scale communications, send marketing-approved messages, and organize their schedules.
An Invaluable Resource
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach integrations are seamless and don't cause headaches unlike some competitors. I can see the varied degrees to which sales and customer-facing roles can utilize Outreach. Not being extremely tech-savvy, Outreach is still user friendly enough for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides to complain of!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With most outreach (no pun intended) happening through a remote environment due to the current world pandemic, a tool like Outreach is essential to keeping the engagement between companies and potential customers alive.
Fantastic tool with great support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability create sequences and A/B test. It makes it really easy to share templates and sequences to other reps and drive consistency across messaging for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reports get a little confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of consistent messaging and defining both sales development and active sales cycle processes. Outreach also helps with task management when it comes to working with prospects.
Outreach is a great tool, which I've had the chance to use in 2 separate management roles.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how usable it is for my reps. They are able to execute more, find more business and follow-up pretty seamlessly once they get "set up"
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The one improvement I would like to see is better reportability in-app. Would like to also filter by "# of opens"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At a previous org, our pipeline 3X'd by utilizing the platform. We had 1 BD-Super-User-SME and me who managed it entirely. Getting more deals was now "easy" and each new rep would find new ways to find trends in the market and send targeted messaging to those trends quickly.
Prospecting Tool for everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
I transitioned from another platform, and I thought there would be a learning curve. I was able to get ramped up on the same day. I love the Salesforce integration as well. It helps me stay organized and reach out to a lot of individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love an easier way to get contacts into the system. It used to let me send an email and then create a contact in outreach to pull them into a sequence. Sometimes it doesn't let me search from phone number but by their name only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reach out to a good volume of prospects via email and over the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be hands-off and allow the sequences to work in the background. Also the ability to automate processes are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally have issues with outreach not correctly logging a call. A few more dispositions would be nice as well.

Being able to track opens on emails to guage interest is very helpful!

Keep adding to the automated processes.
