I like using Outreach. It's easy to use and I can call leads using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Feature to call leads and seeing reports of my activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration of the extension with Salesforce is a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving: sending emails; calling leads; seeing statistics of my activity; adding a bulk of prospects to the sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me stay organized, on top of my tasks and to maintain a systematic process for developing interest in our solutions and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't create my own sequences, but that's not an Outreach problem, that was an internal admin / business decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we're solving with outreach include:
- task management
- prospecting at scale
- simplifying messaging
- easily adding relevant case studies to messages, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get Outreach, it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling - the ability to post available times for meetings and schedule them quickly, and track email responses/threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly flipping results when switching tabs on chrome/not knowing which chrome window its referencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automate outreach to smaller accounts that don't need handholding.

Great solution to have as a salesperson!

What do you like best about the product?
Love the calendar invite function, ability to coordinate calendars, putting prospects into sequences, templates you can create for commonly sent emails for follow up
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI takes a little bit of getting used to, but that can be true of any tool as powerful as Outreach. I'd still highly recommend it due to all the functionality. Support can be a bit lacking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating calendars for prospects to find time to jump on a call, sequences to automatically stay on top of prospects, templates to save time when writing emails

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is so friendly to use. I like it gives the option to personalize or do automated messaging. Great to prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations with ZoomInfo and Sales Nav require a lot of manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps my reps stay organized. However the interface can be hard to toggle. No back buttons etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that it is hard to move from screen to screen, no back buttons, interface could be a bit more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks being prompted, emails serving up to send when, sequences I love etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of processing tasks and prospects to ensure that reps can produce a large volume of high quality messaging. On top of that you get reporting and insights into how effective that outreach is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any major downsides to the tool. There are a few user interface issues such as editing sequences. You could have a 15 step sequence. Want to move step 12 to step 2 and instead of click and drag, you have to "move up" 10 times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we solve using Outreach are mostly related to scaling their outreach. Without this tool it would be much harder to organise similar tasks into bulk actions and detract from their ability to personalise and add relevance to their messaging.

The visibility across sequences split into categories such as opened, delivered, clicked etc. Across all stages
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people have opened emails and not shown up in the opened filter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking prospects at volume. More meetings and visibility at scale. Ability to have multiple touch points with prospects easily

The import and export features are sooo helpful, I use these weekly, and it save countless hours!

Sometimes the connection with Salesforce gets a little jenky, but is generally great!

Lots of outreach is happening! Makes it easy to automate sales outreach!
