Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows you to be custom and tailored in your approach while still moving at scale. I can easily keep track of who I'm reaching out to and who I should reach out to next.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only small functionalities I feel are missing. If there were more reporting options, like on phone number status (color dot system), I would be able to sort out all bad numbers without having to use a tagging system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it helps solve is finding the balance between customization and volume. Without Outreach, every email requires a manual touch but Outreach allows you to move more quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is intuitive and that it's easy to connect other systems with Outreach. There are also lots of shortcuts built into Outreach to drive efficiencies
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that my CRM (Salesforce) isn't more connected to Outreach. This may be just a problem with my org, but it takes too many steps to upload prospects into Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of problems solved, I'm able to achieve scale in reaching prospects. I'm also able to easily touch prospects in a variety of ways -- i.e. LinkedIn, email, call, etc. all from one platform.
Outreach for SDR's
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach does a very good job at organizing and coordinating prospecting efforts. There is a very easy to use interface, analytics on various actions, and Outreach continues to improve the platform since I've started using it 2 years ago!
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some small improvements. I've noticed that there have been small dialogue prompts that disrupt my work flow and require an extra click to close out a popup window, but other than that, the workflow is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed that I have been able to streamline my prospecting activities and free up my time for other responsibilities. There is no more manual tracking and second guessing.

What do you like best about the product?
Completing manual tasks like calls and LinkedIn Touches are extremely easy to take action on using the Outreach Everywhere plugin. I love that it links you to the SFDC account + LinkedIn page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting in Outreach is not ideal. It's really hard to get all the information needed from Outreach reporting. SFDC data and Outreach data are usually inconsistent as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable Sellers to outbound prospect at scale leveraging combo prospecting and leveraging best practices. Visibility into prospecting efforts for management and marketing as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to keep track of my prospects, ensuring no one falls through the cracks. I can see my previous outreach and make sure I am leveraging emails, calls and linkedin. I can also keep track of how many prospects I am reaching out to along with the averages of emails and calls I am sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer can sometimes be a little wonky while making calls; however, after refreshing, it is usually good as new. This also is not a common occurrence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has a lot of tracking tools to ensure team members are reaching out to enough prospects, with multiple types of contact and no one slipping through the cracks. I have realized that I should be sequencing more prospectings and have gotten more meetings as a result

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Automated emails lag, and sometimes the system is rigid regarding the flow of using Outreach. Sometimes imports do not import the way we expect them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and outreach for our customers and prospects on a daily and weekly basis for lead generation, but also for monthly updates to existing customers we work with.

Valuable Sales Engagement Platform for Our Field Team
What do you like best about the product?
Our Sales team leverages Outreach to build customized sequences for our prospects, including various touchpoints (calls, emails, messages, etc.) and calls to action. Outreach integrates with our tool stack, is intuitive for new users and the right platform for our Marketing team to provide messaging, snippets, etc. to improve engagement with our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides we've experienced from Outreach - I've heard from other orgs that they don't want to add another tool their teams need to learn from reaching out to sales opportunities, but its shortsighted for the return benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems around how to nurture prospects until they are ready for a Sales conversation, how to automate emails and communication, engage whole verticals/industries at once with the right messages and calls to action. Benefits include increased prospect email open rate, reduced time spent on reaching out by our team and a more seamless experience across tools (ex: team can access all of our content from Seismic through a plugin in Outreach to plug and send).
It saved my life as an SDR!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, how easy it is to leverage, the dashboard with the overview of all the tasks and calls to make! I like how it synchronizes with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would be a bit easier to add mobile numbers into the contact, directly from a sequence vs. having to go into the account / exit the process as it is now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been making it easy for me to remember what to do, how to do it, when to do it. I never had to worry about remembering contacts. I loved to create sequences and automate the processes.
Admin experience is easy
What do you like best about the product?
I am an admin for Outreach and find the admin portal easy to use. Their knowledge bank is quite helpful as well, and Outreach support is pretty responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that our CSM is not consistently responsive, which is a bit frustrating at times. I haven't had to contact her very much, but about half the time I have to bump the email at least once to receive a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach for prospecting campaigns by SDRs and AEs. Marketing and events also use Outreach as needed.
