What do you like best about the product?
I love how efficient the platform is for sending maximum emails in a short period of time, and how easy it makes it to get all the right analytics within one tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, perhaps more 1-2 min tutorials for the users would be great and some best practice videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
maximising our outreach to the right people, personalising messages at scale, A/ B testing different sales messaging

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach offers the opportunity to drive sales at scale. The platform is especially well positioned to automate Outbound processes and we have seen loads of success with it. Support and integration with other tools such as Salesforce is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit more difficult to use and maint Outreach in international markets covering multiple languages. The tool can definitely still scale in this direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly using Outreach for scaled initiatives and outbound / inbound motions towards our clients in order to facilitate a first meeting between a lead and an account executive.

I love the templates, snippets, and insights into what prospects have opened emails

Can't record cold calls-- we used to be able to do this with our previous vendor

Outreach is helping me build my pipeline and be more efficient with my outreach

Don't have a ton of email templates- narrow it down to a few to be able to analyze them
outreach does it for you!

Ability to see who has opened, clicked or engaged

bulk sequence adds is difficult but still able to do it via uploading an excel

Time wasted, unawareness to activity required to close a client as a partner. Benefits have been real time insights and historical data.

Best tool out there for what it does. SFDC sync seems quick.

It's too easy for an average user to destroy the setup/configuration of your org instance.

Enabling marketing to control sales' cold outreach
Seamless way to reach all of your prospects and keep track of your outreach / response rate.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to a/b test different subjects, easy to keep track of open and response rates, and makes prospecting into accounts super easy. Overall very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to sync SFDC account notes directly into outreach. Or add prospects directly from LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have overachieved activity goals QoQ but being consistent with outreach. It can get the message across to tons of prospects quickly.

A really great integration for all SDRs, BDRs, and AEs

Outreach is a very simple tool to use. I love the ability to have merchants book through a call link and the ease of creating and utilizing templates!

I wish that the feature to connect your phone number to your cell was more user-friendly.

Outreach is a great program. It is great in the BDR roles yet can still provide value for Customer Success for teams that are looking to use it across multiple functions of the organization.

I live ability to set email sequence and let then auto fill contact details

I would like the system to be a little bit more intuitive.

Outreach let's ne reach out to a large book of business and save tremendous amounts of time.

I like that it's a very intuitive and easy to use tool in terms of creating campaigns and looking at their results.

I dislike that sometimes the SFDC plugins don't work. Same with the Gmail, it gets disconnected often (not sure if that's a problem on my end)

Extension can be a pain, and email tracking is hit or miss.
