Outreach is The Preferred Automation Tool but Has Room to Improve

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add and create campaigns.
Seamless integration with ZoomInfo allows you to add prospects directly into Outreach.
Integrates well with Salesforce and ensure everything is tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is shaky. Sometimes you add folks and it takes a bit for the system to log/push activity metrics to Salesforce.
The user reports are somewhat confusing to navigate. The product does what you want but even seasoned users sometimes get confused with how to operate the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more folks and customizing campaigns utilizing automation.
Removing barriers to automation and allowing easing import of activity metrics and tracking into Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend getting Outreach as a tool for your Sales Development process, but beware of the clunky UI.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, our account exec from outreach responds to my lead quickly when there is a problem. I like being able to text. also love sequences and tasks that keep me more productive
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes outreach has trouble loading, also it seems sometimes difficult to add/reactivate outboxes. there has been a handful of times where it has crashed mid work day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach people all over the nation with outreach. It benefits me to be able to text message clients as well. putting people in sequence makes me more productive

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and always readily available in your Gmail account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit troublesome to setup the sync with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've mainly been using Outreach when we want to communicate new product launches to customers and Outreach have been a great way for us to get more than a single touch with each customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the Gmail sync is a bit laggy and takes a while to for email to complete after clicking send

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using outreach is it is really built for salespeople. Almost all the use cases I have are fulfilled by it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest, I feel like outreach has almost everything. I would like to see better integration with SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really the fundamental problem is figuring out how to scale prospecting. I was able to reach out to hundreds and hundreds of people as a result of Outreach and book tons of meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how efficient the platform is for sending maximum emails in a short period of time, and how easy it makes it to get all the right analytics within one tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, perhaps more 1-2 min tutorials for the users would be great and some best practice videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
maximising our outreach to the right people, personalising messages at scale, A/ B testing different sales messaging

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach offers the opportunity to drive sales at scale. The platform is especially well positioned to automate Outbound processes and we have seen loads of success with it. Support and integration with other tools such as Salesforce is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit more difficult to use and maint Outreach in international markets covering multiple languages. The tool can definitely still scale in this direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly using Outreach for scaled initiatives and outbound / inbound motions towards our clients in order to facilitate a first meeting between a lead and an account executive.

I love the templates, snippets, and insights into what prospects have opened emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't record cold calls-- we used to be able to do this with our previous vendor

Outreach is helping me build my pipeline and be more efficient with my outreach

Don't have a ton of email templates- narrow it down to a few to be able to analyze them

bulk sequence adds is difficult but still able to do it via uploading an excel

Time wasted, unawareness to activity required to close a client as a partner. Benefits have been real time insights and historical data.
