Seamless way to reach all of your prospects and keep track of your outreach / response rate.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to a/b test different subjects, easy to keep track of open and response rates, and makes prospecting into accounts super easy. Overall very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to sync SFDC account notes directly into outreach. Or add prospects directly from LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have overachieved activity goals QoQ but being consistent with outreach. It can get the message across to tons of prospects quickly.

A really great integration for all SDRs, BDRs, and AEs

Outreach is a very simple tool to use. I love the ability to have merchants book through a call link and the ease of creating and utilizing templates!

I wish that the feature to connect your phone number to your cell was more user-friendly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is a great program. It is great in the BDR roles yet can still provide value for Customer Success for teams that are looking to use it across multiple functions of the organization.

I live ability to set email sequence and let then auto fill contact details

I would like the system to be a little bit more intuitive.

Outreach let's ne reach out to a large book of business and save tremendous amounts of time.

I like that it's a very intuitive and easy to use tool in terms of creating campaigns and looking at their results.

I dislike that sometimes the SFDC plugins don't work. Same with the Gmail, it gets disconnected often (not sure if that's a problem on my end)

Email automation and analytics functionality are fantatstic.

Extension can be a pain, and email tracking is hit or miss.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is excellent. I find the actual integration with Salesforce and Zoominfo works quite well. I previously used Salesloft and as I get better with the fundamental aspects of Outreach, I'm finding I like it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional outages but most of those are related back to IaaS platforms like AWS going down. Sometimes the integration between Salesforce and OR doesn't work but that may be our SDFC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely able to stay ontop of my structured outreach better, drive more meetings and ensure that my prospects are all getting followed up with after the initial touch.
The most effective way to reach out to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity, the intuitiveness, and the ability to manage all your prospect's outreach in one place. It is extremely easy to manage all your campaigns and keep track of the open rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything works great, and I haven't had any issues other than the occasional updates. The OS is, and UI is clean and functions well. Other than that I haven't had any issues building anything in outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to spend hours and hours on sending individual emails. It makes outreach very quick and easy to reach out to specific departments that need strategic outreach. I can segment my days very easy by which accounts and prospects need the most attention.
Good Platform for Sales Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
At my company, all AEs and BDRs use Outreach. Since salesforce tends to be a mess, we use Outreach as our source of truth for previous conversations. I really like that you can purchase numbers from the area codes that you're calling into, prioritizing leads list based on different marketing functions, and the Google Chrome extension while using salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to sort through duplicates on Outreach, for example being able to easily add a second email so the contact does not have two profiles, or being able to merge profiles to reduce duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our team to have a centralized location for our daily call and email tasks which saves our teams a ton of time. Previously, we just kept track of tasks through HubSpot, so this is much better.
Best of it's kind
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is incredible, I have used it in my last 3 roles, both as a BDR and an Account Executive. My favorite thing about it is how easy and streamlined it makes creating regular cadences for reaching out to potential clients. It syncs with most CRMs and business intelligence tools allowing you to import data and then use that data to create sequneces (automated outreach campaigns).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little that I dislike about Outreach, it works great and is always being updated and improved. It has all of the features that I would want in a tool of it's kind, so there is really nothing specific to mention here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a tool that blurs the lines of Marketing and sales efforts. Marketing can load large lists of leads in to Outreach and then put them in custom sequences. Sales can then follow up with those leads as manual tasks are generated from the sequences. The problem that this is solving is allowing Sales to easily and efficiently capitilize on the money and effort that the marketing department is investing.

There is several things I like about outreach, but maybe what I like the most is the sequence you generate and use it to contact my prospect's. Also the reports I use to measure my team
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I can't message using my phone number, it's only allowing me to use other number which confuse a little of my prospects when I message from a different number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call my prospects faster using sequence. Also through sequence I know the next step from each one of them. That gives me more power to be more productive.
