Essential for reaching prospects at scale

Necessity for Any Sales Org
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated sequences the best, it allows us to create a scalable email template for many customers to see

Sometimes it feels like feature overload and it would take me a year to become a subject matter expert on all of the features within the software

We are making scalable emails for companies, people, and verticals so that we can scale their business
Bad customer support, got my email account blocked twice

Price, and integration with gmail. It took me a few weeks to learn the software but I think I got most of it

Horrible support... they don't have a chat functionality nor a phone line for any kind of live support. They have a support email address, but I have emailed them multiple times with no one responding.
They promised to allow two email accounts attached to one subscription but don't bother helping me to set it up. Should have known when they don't even have a sandbox.
Overall, I'm only using this software because its the first one I'm trying and want to get used to the process. Will switch out as soon as the 1-year subscription ends.

Getting used to lead gen software and understanding the terminology.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple yet robust and the tool allows me to keep a good relationship with all customers without any falling through the cracks

I have nothing bad to say its been a great experience so far.

Outreach addresses the need for me to keep in touch with many customers at once. With outreach addressing this need is much simpler.

I have been able to manage my leads/accounts in an organized manner as well as keep up with what my peers are doing in terms of the same accounts.

Makes sorting through sequences when dialling very simple, helps clean up Salesforce reports, etc.

Can be clunky at times, tends to be down from time-to-time, and can be difficult to navigate at times.

Outreach to customers through Salesforce, emails to customers. Benefits include organization of sequences, ease of use, and connectivity to SF.

Easy to customize email cadences to different target audiences and review metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have particular dislikes, although it does appear to lack some advanced features that other email programs offer.

We've used it to automate email outreach to prospects, which includes a cadence of emails and calls to follow up.

Can be slightly glitchy but it has been getting better over the years. Sometimes invites didn't go through correctly.

It allows me to automate emails that would otherwise take me forever. I'm definitely more efficient using Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a potent tool that allows you to customize your email templates, have snippets (information you'd share or use regularly), along automated email campaigns. If you are a creative person and know who to prospect and what content to share with the customer, this is a phenomenal tool to use. It also can add custom tasks along with making outbound calls to customers anywhere across the globe. I can bet one would optimize thier sales prospecting with regular follow-up.
One can also set up alerts and send emails at a particular time and date. Also, not to forget seamless integration with Salesforce CRM is a bonus.

Way too powerful tool. In the hands of a suitable person, a company can generate great traction and an excellent customer experience.
