Very simple and productive

Outbound activities, namely emails, calls, sequences, etc.
Great tool but would consider SalesLoft as well.
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach integrates well with gmail and with Salesforce which is an absolute must for any sales engagement automation tool. What I specifically like about Outreach is that the setup was extremely easy and all integrations were set up within a matter of minutes. I had no previous experience working within Outreach and still was able to use it quite easily - it's very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is an intuitive platform, the UI can get a bit messy while managing so many different cadences (or sequences as they call them) and many prospects loaded in different stages. It also allows you to add prospects into cadences with emails that have previously bounced - why would they do that? It also gets pretty messy when sharing sequences across teams as different people have different permissions and sometimes you just need to copy a cadence to make any edits which can be annoying. It just seems like it's a bit more complicated than it needs to be as I've worked a lot with Salesloft before which I found to be much more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a high volume outreach environment. Outreach helps us streamline and even (sometimes) completely automate emails to prospects in an effort to book meetings.We've realized tremendous benefits from automating email outreach and have booked tons of meetings from it. We simply could not operate without it or one of their competitors at this point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly advise testing it out but I would also advise trying out SalesLoft. If you are in need of automation on the cold email front, outreach is a great option and can certainly fill the needs of most automated flows.

Problems our organization has solved is the ability to integrate sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and revenue intelligence into one platform.
Prospecting Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach gives SDR/BDR/ISR teams the ability to scale and automate prospecting efforts. It is an absolute game-changing prospecting tool. Leading tool in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I could talk to for the "dislikes" for Outreach. There occasionally is some slowness for calling with Outreach voice, but overall, it is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach for the prospecting motion. It helps the BDR team scale and realizes value quickly as it is straightforward to use and understand. Automated emails, mass sequencing prospects to stay organized in prospecting efforts, daily tasks, outbound calling.

It is easy to scale using Outreach and its sequences.

I wish there were an easy way to keep track of follow-ups/reminders on manually emailing people.

I am trying to use Outreach for outbound activities and hunting new business.

It might be complex scaling with Outreach in Canada. Be cautious of CASTLE.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has enabled me to be more productive by sending multiple emails to multiple people at once. Cadences are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tracker is inaccurate and does not tell me if the recipient actually opened the email.

Email productivity and increased open rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach it's by far one of the best automation tools in the market. It's easy to use and we can make a lot with it. Also it integrates with a lot of other tools

It can be a little tricky in the beginning to understand all the features and possibilities that the tool offers. But after some time it gets easy. I think everyone should try
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our sales automation it's being handled by outreach, so we have most of our cold emails handled by the tool and facilitating sales team daily work on emails.

What I use Outreach for mostly is sequencing my customers. I like that it integrates with salesforce and I can have quick and easy sequences to reach prospects

The problem I am solving with outreach is reaching potential clients and keeping touch points high

What do you like best about the product?
Once you import the contacts and tag them you only need to execute the due tasks! What's helpful is that you can add call notes and see them the next time you encounter this prospect, which helps to keep the conversation relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension is unstable and you can lose all your work if you have to navigate to another tab - so many times a carefully crafted email vanished when I wanted to quickly verify some point that I made in my email and had to click on some other tab in the browser

The biggest problem solver is that it saves time by keeping all your tasks within a single environment. The benefit is that once you bring your contacts in you only have to execute the due tasks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you are doing the most important work from the browser page and not from the browser extension because it's unstable and you may lose all work if you happen to switch between tabs.

What do you like best about the product?
I've never used such an effective sales tools. It's a game changer. I can't imagine prospecting without it. Our SDR organization uses it and it syncs to Salesforce. I love that my workflow is automated - I come in every day know EXACTLY what I have to do. I don't have to guess who I need to call or follow up with. I also love being able to insert availability for meetings and see who's opened/clicked my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you set up a cadence and use {{weekdays_from_now 2}} and that happens to fall on Thanksgiving, it's not going to catch that. If it's an auto email I don't know how to stop it.
Speaking of auto emails, I wish you could edit a message later in a sequence. If a prospect is in a 2 week cadence, it would be great to pause the sequence, edit step #8 and reactivate.

Automating reply emails save me so much time from having to type "Hey [prospect], just bumping this back up...]
