Personalized experience but experiencing visibility issues.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful features of outreach is how customizable it is. There are specific sequences that provide a tailored approach depending on what the prospect actioned on before contacting them. I can also see who previously contacted a prospect, the notes on their interaction and if there was any success. The platform makes it easy to share best practices because the emails of other users are public, as well as their open rates, so finding successful messaging is acquirable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features I don't really like about outreach is that the total sequenced prospects aren't accurate at first glance. Recently, there was a transition at my workplace where another Business Development Representative was transferred my leads, but even though I only had 15 prospects in my CRM, outreach still said I had over 80. Additionally, if an email bounced or a prospect's sequence is paused, it is not immediately visible on the home page/dashboard. I have unfortunately had prospects slip through the cracks because of this, and I wasn't able to catch it until weeks later. Another issue I have encountered is the communication between outreach and my CRM. When a prospect was finished in a sequence, I was not initially aware that they were done until manually checking my CRM. My organization has adjusted the sequence to add a reminder, but I wish there was a way for Outreach and my CRM to communicate better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about outreach is that I can keep track of who I am contacting within a sequence, but I can also add additional tasks if I feel like there is the additional value I can present. There have been times where a prospect hasn't fully responded even though I know they are interested in learning more, so when I've added additional tasks, it has been helpful to engage more with the prospect. I have also been able to know roughly how many activities it takes to book a meeting, and based on that number I can adjust my strategy to improve my conversion rate.

Outreach Provides account insight and easier communication with prospects

  • November 18, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see when client's open, share, or clicks links within an email. It's easy to connect on the phone as a client has opened and is reading my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Dental, offices typically only have one email address for the entire organization. Outreach has difficulty pulling multiple contacts with the same email address. Outreach sends an error or wants to remap the email to the contact you currently emailing. This is time-consuming and sometimes forces me to use Outlook to send my email rather than "fight" with Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to see which prospects are engaging or interested in my products or services. Even when they don't respond to my email, if they are opening the email several times or forwarding my email to a colleague, I know there is interest. It's like being a fly on the wall. I get real-time data that allows me to focus on accounts that show interest.

Great tool to aid Salesforce

  • November 18, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sequence analytics and reporting are great and helpful features that make it easy to run tests on open rates and replies. The ability to see contact's LinkedIn profiles attached to prospects overview is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the alerts setup for email sequences, I wish there were options to trigger email tasks rather than a trigger for just call tasks based on opens. More customization for the tasks and notifications would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Outreach to replace some of Salesforce functions that don't operate the best. Mostly in regard to email sequences and tracking those conversations with participants.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use outreach if you are looking for a tool to use alongside of Salesforce to track and automate email sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the visuals; it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bounced/failed sequences are tough to find; you don't have the option to add them to another sequence immediately after one ends; a lot of phone connection/audio issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping prospects engaged; visibility into what they are engaging with specifically in emails; quickly insert templates/snippets

Powerful tool

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach keeps my daily tasks very organized. It increases effectiveness by showing when calls and emails are due. It is helpful to use and has great note sections for writing down how a call went.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio on Outreach doesn't work super well. I will try to call someone and the call will say "cancelled" even if I made it to their voicemail. Also, it can be difficult to see when the next scheduled task is going to occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is what Infor has chosen as the tool to complete our daily prospecting. I have realized the benefit of being organized and having clear records of what has been accomplished each day.

Outreach - customer and prospect comms at scale

  • November 17, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows prospecting and customer communications at scale via messaging tools like sequences, templates, snippets, bulk compose, task organizer - all synced with your CRM (Salesforce) and other platforms like Gmail and Linkedin. Outreach integrates very well with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to allow you to import lists of contacts you'd like to email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach remains as one of the best choices for communication at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows you to prospect at scale. It is a repository of all your prospects' contact information from which you can run campaigns with email, call, and social tasks.
