Easiest way to reach multiple clients with one button!
What do you like best about the product?
You can schedule an email to be sent to multiple contacts! This really saves so much time sending tedious emails, and gives me time back that can be better spent in more profitable ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's confusing to understand when an outreach sequence gets "stuck" and how to make it proceed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not realizing right away that calls won't be recorded - and that you have to select that option. It's been a learning experience for sure, but once I've gotten more comfortable using it, it's a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very customizable. The outreach provides sequences that can be tailored based on what the prospect actioned on. You can also get details related to who contacted the prospect previously and interaction notes. Also, successful messaging is acquirable through this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features I don't really like about outreach is that the total sequenced prospects aren't accurate at first glance. Another issue I have encountered is the communication between outreach and my CRM. When a prospect was finished in a sequence, I was not initially aware that they were done until manually checking my CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, intuitive and saves our sales team countless hours a day. Compounded over a year, the time savings are incredible. It makes contacting net new prospects and managing their activity a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is so deep with features there are likely some that our team doesn't use but that isn't necessarily a negative. Usually when we want to do something there' a feature or product that can help

We use outreach to manage our top of funnel outreach to net-new prospects, book meetings and manage sales campaigns. They make it easy for our team to send outreach at scale
Recommendations to others considering the product:
do your research and test out the solutions. This happens to be a great one. It's a bit more on the expensive side but the investment is 100% worth it for growing teams looking to scale their outreach and sales programs/campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I love that outreach helps cut down the time I am taking to plan my days and helps me stay on an even cadence while reaching out to my prospects. I also love that we can save snippets related to individual industries

Some aspects of the software are a little bit glitchy but overall everything works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving challenges with trying to stay organized in our SDR Outbound efforts. Outreach saves time and mental energy and takes a lot of manual work out of making sure we are being strategic reaching out to prospects.
Great CRM for sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like how friendly the UI is - my team is switching from SalesLoft to Outreach, and the learning curve was far higher on SalesLoft than outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be petty, but I am not a fan of the color palette - for a salesperson you are often using Gong, and to have Gong and Outreach both be purple, it can get confusing in a bookmarks tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having constant contact with prospects. The platform can automate steps and give you tasks and reminders of how to stay in touch.
This platform helped me stay organized in my prospecting.

The most useful feature of Outreach is the sequences. It makes following up with prospects much easier than having to keep track of all of the interactions by yourself.

There are sometimes bugs that make the analytics hard to understand/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are certain Outreach features that make my prospecting more effective, such as the ability to insert my calendar availability and being able to look at my analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful features of outreach is how customizable it is. There are specific sequences that provide a tailored approach depending on what the prospect actioned on before contacting them. I can also see who previously contacted a prospect, the notes on their interaction and if there was any success. The platform makes it easy to share best practices because the emails of other users are public, as well as their open rates, so finding successful messaging is acquirable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features I don't really like about outreach is that the total sequenced prospects aren't accurate at first glance. Recently, there was a transition at my workplace where another Business Development Representative was transferred my leads, but even though I only had 15 prospects in my CRM, outreach still said I had over 80. Additionally, if an email bounced or a prospect's sequence is paused, it is not immediately visible on the home page/dashboard. I have unfortunately had prospects slip through the cracks because of this, and I wasn't able to catch it until weeks later. Another issue I have encountered is the communication between outreach and my CRM. When a prospect was finished in a sequence, I was not initially aware that they were done until manually checking my CRM. My organization has adjusted the sequence to add a reminder, but I wish there was a way for Outreach and my CRM to communicate better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about outreach is that I can keep track of who I am contacting within a sequence, but I can also add additional tasks if I feel like there is the additional value I can present. There have been times where a prospect hasn't fully responded even though I know they are interested in learning more, so when I've added additional tasks, it has been helpful to engage more with the prospect. I have also been able to know roughly how many activities it takes to book a meeting, and based on that number I can adjust my strategy to improve my conversion rate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Click engagement doesn't seem accurate, delayed ability to track new contacts, not being able to clear tasks from outreach done as SDR

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see when client's open, share, or clicks links within an email. It's easy to connect on the phone as a client has opened and is reading my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Dental, offices typically only have one email address for the entire organization. Outreach has difficulty pulling multiple contacts with the same email address. Outreach sends an error or wants to remap the email to the contact you currently emailing. This is time-consuming and sometimes forces me to use Outlook to send my email rather than "fight" with Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to see which prospects are engaging or interested in my products or services. Even when they don't respond to my email, if they are opening the email several times or forwarding my email to a colleague, I know there is interest. It's like being a fly on the wall. I get real-time data that allows me to focus on accounts that show interest.

What do you like best about the product?
Snippets and overall friendly UI. I have always been able to be my most efficient with outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes adding prospects can be clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hitting KPIs and metrics that I need to hit on a day to day basis. Its simply easier using a tool like this for outbound activity.
