What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to automate the sales process and mindless things like emails and call reminders
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the way it integrates with salesforce. I feel it could be a little more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to contact and track my engagements with those emails and contacts faster and more efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
The system works seamlessly with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spam walls my your outgoing emails perceived as read by the prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach provides a tremendous advantage by seeing who's seen and opened your messages. Very time saving.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to bulk upload a contact list to begin sequencing or calling
- Great visibility into the analytics of the campaigns you're running (email opens, email bounces, replies, etc.).
- Being able to pre task action items
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes it can be a bit laggy when using the Outreach Chrome extension, but it's not anything major

- Increased visibility into sales drip campaigns
- Eliminating the time it would take to import a contact into a campaign one by one

What do you like best about the product?
automated tasks that surface on the right day/time to engage prospects, easily creating sequences and templates

sometimes glitchy in UX, wish analytics was easier to read

i cant imagine being an SDR without outreach. Saves me loads of time which lets me focus on personalization at scale, hit your activity numbers, engage with prospects mor effectively

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it to: add contacts, create a drip, and also see data! It only takes a few minutes and is way easier to see email history than any other tools (salesforce and gmail).
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike. I haven't had any issues with the platform, and it does everything I need. I could benefit from more training so that I understand how to run reports for myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm about to reach out to customers and prospects without spending too much time on this. I create my sequences and add people to them. I also see who has opened emails from my gmail. I can also use templates/snippets from outreach.io in gmail easily. I'm saving time but also seeing how to improve my email messaging over time.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to share templates amongst the team and send emails to a list of contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is not the most intuitive and can be challenging to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It syncs with my Gmail, so I can use prepopulated templates from Outreach in Gmail.

Campaigns and being able to edit every step of the way add a lot of value

Make a better UI so it is super easy for first time users

I am trying to reach out to the target audience. Customizable campaign options are the biggest benefits if you have your own telephony+crm solution but not to the levele that Outreach is

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Outreach. I use it every day. There are a ton of different features that are super useful, like the account view and the prospect view, the sequences, the templates, and the analytics and insights, but the part I like the best is automation. I can quickly create a sequence and add prospects to it and have all of my emails automatically send at exactly the right time. It's set it and forget it. Then I just watch the replies start pouring in! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing about Outreach that I dislike is the extreme complexity behind sending out a sequence. There are a few too many steps to getting it set up correctly. Sometimes I just want to throw together a sequence quickly and throw some prospects in it and send a couple of emails. Keep it simple. The tool is really really good at what it does, but may be a little too good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to close business, I have to build pipeline. In order to build pipeline, I have to send out ton of emails and reach out to a lot of prospects. Outreach allows me to send more emails to more prospects. The benefit is, I end up having more conversations and closing more deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely get it! Worth every penny!
