What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Blue Prism is how easy it is to use and the intuitiveness of the software. It greatly reduces the complexity in automation as Blue Prism allows you to create processes with a simple drag and drop. You're neither required to know any programming nor have any prior experience with RPA. If you need training, you can use the Blue Prism Learning Edition for free for a limited time or enroll in Blue Prism University where there are several video courses to help you get a good understanding of RPA in general and how to use the Blue Prism software to suit your needs. For those who complete the courses, Blue Prism also offers certification which you can use to advance your career.
As for the software itself, Blue Prism is excellent for automating tasks that are repetitive in nature without the need for human intervention. This saves you time and a lot of effort that you can invest into other work that cannot be automated. Whether you're in a small organization or a big one, Blue Prism can simplify your tasks and in turn reduce costs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface looks dull and outdated, and could use an overhaul. But otherwise, Blue Prism works as marketed and I'm quite satisfied with its performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an efficient and reliable RPA software with zero downtime to automate a lot our repetitive tasks that were exhausting and requiring too much manpower. We implemented Blue Prism to help meet those needs and combat certain issues. Blue Prism helps us manage our database by frequently updating it from importing data from Excel files. With the help of reports, we're able to have a good idea on how our projects are functioning. Although all of these tasks can be done manually, Blue Prism does them much quicker and with more accuracy. Blue Prism can also be monitored using our phones through which we can manage our automations and make changes if necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend Blue Prism for organizations looking to implement RPA in a more convenient way for an affordable price. Their customer support is excellent and available at all times.

Blue Prism its a flexible Automation platform which helps the users on simple reduction of various manual repetitive tasks, saving unnecessary cost and time wastage.
The product has a unique ability to integrate other different marketing platforms and its also a very useful software on queries solving and expense process Automation.
It has in-built analytics capability, image recognition ability and the they have excellent 24/7 customer help services.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform allows you to develop and implement a complete digital automated system. It helps you automate different processes as they were financed. It is very sophisticated, easy to use and with a very organized interface that will allow the department in charge of human resources to carry out its work effectively. These tasks are usually time consuming but with this software you simplify many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first we had difficulty using this platform since they do not have training courses or a trial version, but after we became familiar with it, everything was more fluid and with very good results. We have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly improve commercial and business processes thanks to the automated system. Its functions work without problems, this allows us to perform a fluid work and save time to channel it in other areas that require it, in addition to being very fast in its development. We have the ability to be versatile and perform higher quality work thanks to the workforce we obtained with Blue Prism.

It is a very stable platform that also generates confidence in a constant workflow, you can automate repetitive work and processes so that your work team can focus or channel their saved time in other areas of the company that require it, it is easy to use after you become familiar with it, recommended.
Blue Prism a Superb RPA Tool to Automate
What do you like best about the product?
It covers almost every possible thing which can be automated, the best part is the way it handles the web-based applications and Google drive. I faced challenges in handling google sheet with other RPA tools but Blue Prism is a real savior. The email handling and reading capability is also very precise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see much downside of this tool apart from log management. Many times we encountered issues with log and queue handling. Although they claim that there is a fix available now in the latest version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated many manual processes which include mostly data entry process, email sending at some trigger point, and file movement. In terms of benefits realization, we are saving more than 20 FTE (additional to the previous year) every year by automation 15+ new processes each year and the count is still growing.

Create your user id on https://portal.blueprism.com/ to understand the more efficient use of this tool. Also, it will give you a good insight on the documentation front. The user community is good in helping with any issue, so be patient if you encounter any issue or face any challenge.

It works precisely, reproducing the 100% we need, using Java, Flash, HTML, Silverlight and AJAX technologies; without asking me for scripts or any code.
