Excellent Reporting App
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to design your own company report without any external assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When update are done it breaks some previous features.

Quick and Easy app to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Drop downs are simple and understood tasks. It is set up to where you cannot do it wrong or incorrect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is too much data or too many options that weigh down the system and there is lag time with updates. Less is more in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of multiple contractors and the work they preform.
Very powerful software, great support and features.
What do you like best about the product?
Fulcrum is used within our business to collect huge amounts of data, every working day. It does this reliably and without any fuss. I have had limited exposure to any competing product but that is simply because Fulcrum does everything required. Support via the online portal's chat is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some relatively minor features relating to formatting of the data collection application (Would be nice to change font colors for example) that could be added, but the exclusion of these features also keeps things easy to navigate and reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum allows us to collect huge amounts of data for future processing. We actively discourage the use of paper notes while our staff are on site as these are routinely misplaced and the information becomes extremely time consuming to process- fulcrum does it all digitally.
Fulcrum has created a massive process improvement for all of our departments.
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable apps for a broad range of applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Fulcrum is the inability to draw lines within the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to remotely collect large amounts of engineering data and photos via mobile device, then review and export data to generate deliverables.
I use this app almost daily and would highly recommend

I love it's cross platform abilities. Switching between android and iOS is extremely easy and training others is seamless

Sometimes it can be difficult to search for the app I'm looking for. Maybe recently used section would be helpful

Field data management. Almost never loose a form now

What do you like best about the product?
ITs flexibility to create field inspection/data capture forms for our differing jobs. It is easy to tweak to suit our needs.
It now comes with ESRI integration which is very helpful also.

There is no auto-sync/schedule sync option to sync automatically overnight.
Needs a QR code generator and scanner.
Needs a better way to bulk edit data on the web app, instead of downloading data and editing in a .csv then re-uploading.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing our field data and calculating outputs automatically based off the input data. It also helps our field inspection teams to efficiently gather data in a standardised way.

What do you like best about the product?
This app is very helpful for getting my work done in a fast and efficient manner. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. I have never used any other apps like this one but it works well in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the app is slow to respond and takes awhile for data to synchronize but I do believe that is the fault of the service provider and not the app itself.

It allows me to input data, prints, and videos in order to perform my job. This app makes doing this easy and efficient. Productivity is definitely increased while using this app

Userfriendly tool with good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Fulcrum is a good tool it helps us in managing data, transferring files, record-keeping and reporting. Once you start using it you will quickly get familiar and its will become easy to use this tool. Customer service is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such though there are some areas where they improve it, such as sync issues, sometimes finding items difficult etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it for data collection, real-time data sharing and dealing with public safety.
Easy, Fast and Quick Response Time
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, even for new users. Little to no training is needed for new users as it is very straightforward. All the reports you could ever need are just a couple clicks away. It is also very easy to customize fulcrum to each owner and/or channel, making it even easier for users to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no downsides for me when using fulcrum other than it operated a little slow once or twice, but even then it was not slow enough to make a difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum is very helpful at handling inventory. The best thing is being able to see the full history of a sku regardless of it being active or not. It is also making it easier to keep track of the volume of orders going out and packing material/boxes being used.
