Overall find Vimeo a good video hosting solution
What do you like best about the product?
One of the key reasons I selected Vimeo over youtube for video hosting is simply that Vimeo will not promote content to my traffic that would divert them from my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be wonky - and I've had instances where I wasn't able to edit things like the thumbnails without a bit of hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When hosting video on youtube, they would show advertiser content, and 'suggest' other videos that take traffic away.
Please make cancellation easier and don't charge for a full year.
What do you like best about the product?
One of a very few products on the market. I am sure there are better products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription process and policy should be against the law. Users should be able to cancel at any time and get a refund, and not be forced to pay for a full year.

It's not.

What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo is most helpful for hosting videos that we then embed on our company website. We don't always drive to Vimeo, but when we do, it is a great interface.

Sometimes features feel like they're hidden or hard to access.

Vimeo helps create a platform for us to host videos on to then embed on our website.
Easy to use platform with b2b options
What do you like best about the product?
The showcase bases are super easy to build and a great way for me to show off a series of videos to a group of prospective clients. This has been helpful for both new hires and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the way you add subtitles to videos. This was not intuitive the first time I attempted to use the feature. I wish I could also choose the location of the subtitle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting videos outside of a platform with advertising. It's important for us to have a branded experience without the interruption of other competitors or irrelevant ads.

I like that I can screen record without having my face in the recording. I love that I can speed up and slow down videos and I love that we can trim videos

I don't like that we can't edit the display of the video.

The price for features is unbeatable. Storage is generous and the product keeps getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the video manager is quite slow and it's quite cumbersome to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share video with clients, and Vimeo makes the process very easy – from uploading, to receiving feedback. We also use Vimeo to embed videos and the player controls mean our embedded videos look great (and almost white label).
It a very easy tool to help manage and create videos!
What do you like best about the product?
Amas u user of video for quite a long time now. I've become experienced. New updates to the app also have made a big change. Editing videos have never been easier, as I've gotten used to the app things are going smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've seen that the prices of some videos are still insanely priced. These cannot be fixed. But a few of the glitches like the restarting one have been fixed in the new update.

I know there are a few glitches, but Vimeo stock is trying there best to fix these, and I am thrilled to tell you they have restored over 40 % of bugs and glitches in the last few months
Solid service, flexible 2tb Live streaming limit
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simple interface. Straightforward settings, nice integration with wordpress - patreon - etc.

2tb Cap for streaming monthly, next package up is a significant boost in pricing.
