Excellent video stock
What do you like best about the product?
There is a whole variety of full HD videos that you can use, with charming effects. There is always free footage. Of course, it's a bit limited, but for what they have, it's nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
That as everywhere else, you need to leave your email and contacts. I understand it's for their marketing but still. They are trying to sell their plus membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of course, there are loads of cool and fascinating videos of the highest quality. You can use them for your purposes, and you can literally find there whatever you wish. Also, you can upload your videos and monetize them, collaborate with other artists, communicate and market your business. I find it very helpfull.

Pretty much every photo is high-quality and there Is a vast selection that is sorted well

What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo has never disappointed in the footage department. I would argue that vimeo is a better place to find stock footage as budding filmmakers post beautiful content on there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, this is definitely not a place to get footage for cheap. However, the high price is justified by the impeccable footage. It's all available in HD and 4k
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality. I don't have to waste my time scouting for quality, just what video is most to my liking. I have peace of mind that every video looks impeccably beautiful.
Great video platform for making fitness video!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like this when making fitness videos. I used this mainly for creating fitness videos. Definitely easy to use and edit. I have used others but this one is better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly use this for videoing and editing my fitness videos. I make videos every day so this really helps out a lot. I can do much of my simple editing from this software.

What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo is very simple to use with all of the options you could need. We mostly use this platform to RTMP stream into other platforms and to host videos. It's great for both uses!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints about Vimeo! It's well designed, simple, and does what it's intended to do. There have been a few situations where we are trying to host some videos and it's difficult to figure out the setting to make private, public, etc., but overall it works great and does everything you could want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use Vimeo to push RTMP streams to our virtual event platforms. It's great that it can record the video as we get many client requests for the streams post-event.

This is one platform that I would say, just do it! It's worth what it can do.
Horrible customer service, mediocre product, terrible documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Hosting for non-technical folks on the team is relatively simple and works. Live streaming has not had too many issues, though occasionally also stops working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about their company. Their level of technical support, the aggressive billing policies and the way they close your account with no warning, absolutely abysmal communication and a radio silent account manager for smaller accounts. Documentation on the API is garbage. Simple things that should be easy to do are not - like access livestream analytics. Everything is an upsell. Bandwidth costs are amongst the higher end of the services out there. You pay a LOT for the front-end relatively crappy interface they give you. We have vendor lock-in otherwise I would have ditched this dumpster fire of a company a long time ago.

Video hosting. Live streaming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Never ever ever use this service if you can avoid it. It will not scale with you. Support is terrible. Documentation is abysmal. You will regret it every single day. The people and the company sucks.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to set up streams, embed to other websites, and record live content for future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had big issues setting up streams with my European Zoom account, but it turned out to be a Zoom problem, not a Vimeo problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used it to stream our conference talks, training events, and to pull recorded content when it wasn't saved via Zoom. It's saved us a few times when that's happened!
Vimeo Stock is most probably the best place to find great stock videos for your niche!

Vimeo Stock videos are very impressive. From my point of view, they have the best-looking aerial stock videos for my niche, which is solar and renewable energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, what I find a little bit disappointing is that there are only a few videos with a lower price range with lower resolutions, but I think they filter out the best, so it is justified.

Aside from the fact that I need great videos for my niche, Vimeo Stock also solved the issue of getting a comprehensive source of stock videos I could use for our social media platforms.
