Great if you need to control access to your videos (password and/or paywall)
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily manage hundreds of videos organized into different folders, and then I can globally edits settings by folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of one detail--let's say you have 400 videos in a folder, and you want to change the password for all 400. When you open the folder, it will only display the first 20 or so. The only way to select all 400 is to click "Load more" about 20 times until the whole list is displayed, and only then can you select all 400. Exasperating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We produce hundreds of videos for our clients, and they need to be password protected. This is not possible with YouTube, but very easy with Vimeo. Videos make up a substantial part of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility and the offered options genuinely make them a giant amongst the competition. There are always new and fresh options to choose from, which makes the cost even out amongst other possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine could be a bit cleaner and easier to access... Overall still a great opportunity once you do access it, you eventually find what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding stock anything that shows diversity has always been a struggle. The amount of available options allows me to work with a more expansive range of clients due to this beneficial option.
My review of Commercial Stock Footage Site "Vimeo Stock"
What do you like best about the product?
I love the wide variety of footage that is available on "Vimeo Stock". There are clips of all different styles and lengths, and the quality is usually very good. It's also straightforward to find what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about "Vimeo Stock" is the fact that their library is not as extensive as some of the other stock footage sites. However, they do have a good selection of high-quality footage, so it's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Vimeo Stock for a few different projects now and have found it to be an incredibly helpful resource. The main problem that I am solving by using this site is the need for high-quality, affordable footage, which they do provide.

Vimeo is an excellent tool for the designs in marketing and presentations

I love the flexibility of the different tools and the variety of effects it offers. The user experience is also second to none

some of the features can take a while to add in but it doesn't hinder the performance significantly.

We are creating designs for all our events. We are creating stunning projects to let our students know about all that the university has to offer

test out all the features to find the ones that are appropriate for the project at hand. Some are more hidden than others
Vimeo Stock is a great YouTube alternative!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Vimeo Stock you can get footage from it's database which is very high quality and is a great alternative to YouTube. It's easy to use and upload! You can also have an exclusive URL to share your videos, which is great for privacy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine could use a little work, it's not always easy to find content with basic search terms. That would make the "user friendly" aspect of this software much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use most of the content with elusive URL's to send videos to our parents (we are an Early Childhood Center). This allows us to share daily activities, and special events via video content when we cannot do them in person due to COVID restrictions.,

It takes a little while to learn, but is a great resource, especially in COVID times!
