Great partner video platform
What do you like best about the product?
We partner with Vimeo to host videos for our customers. The video quality is great and upload system is decently intiuitive. Customers appear happy! When we have need of data deletions, reaching out to the Support Team is very easy and they reply incredibly quickly (give them a raise)!
What do you dislike about the product?
This service is very expensive and the outages occur frequently. As customers are unable to differentiate (nor should they) outages caused by our systems and outages caused by our partner, Vimeo, this can have a severe impact on our brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vimeo helps us host our content on our platform and seamlessly blends into our customers' use of the app.

What do you like best about the product?
The fantastic customer service, with quick responses and efficient service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could have a few more technological upgrades, such as having dynamic recommendations of videos we can show our audience based on what they have already watched.

Serves as a platform for our online video service, allowing our customers to subscribe to the platform or rent titles.
Amazing on demand platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Vimeo as an on-demand platform. The site is clean, professional, and intuitive.
I like that we can sell or rent our videos, and we (as creators) can keep more of the money compared to other platforms. It’s a great place to find short videos, documentaries, and online courses that you might not see anywhere else.
Everything feels more personal and creative, and it’s easy to use. If you enjoy high-quality videos and want to support independent creators, Vimeo On Demand is a great choice.

A great space for the over 40 years of teachings by our outreach ministries. Many who want to rewatch our teachings have a centralized location to watch over and over again.

I would like better graphing on the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo is all in one platform for video storage , collaboration , hosting , distribution and editing. It something easy to start and get going. We use it for all the video content hosting and distribution in out organisation and is used on daily basis. It has integrated with zoom and zapier very easily

Cost can sometimes become high for non institutional users

All the organisation content is beiung hosted on Vimeo , it gives better customisation and access control as well as prevents downloads where we dont want. All the organisations content shared across different platforms is stored here

limited analytics and audience insights compared to other platforms. For content strategies that rely heavily on data, more advanced reporting tools would enhance Vimeo’s value significantly.
I use the platform daily and it is very user-friendly.

I love the ease in editing videos. I can use the transcription tool and edit in minutes!

There often can be technical issues and that can be frustrating.
