Vimeo is Great for Filmmakers
What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo is a fantastic place for Filmmakers to connect, get inspired, and share content. I appreciate Vimeo's visual appearance. It's clean, it's sleek, it look professional. I love Vimeo's user interface, and functionality. It accentuates your content, and has a lot of great features that other video sharing platforms do not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow buffer speeds. While Vimeo's hosting and compression displays videos better, it does come at a cost when slow wifi or data speeds are present. It can be an annoyance trying to share content in a meeting, and it takes 60 seconds to buffer all the way. This is a minor annoyance and inconvenience, more of a gripe, but it still is a real thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vimeo is a great platform to send and update videos, both to clients, and the public. I love the private link function, the ability to comment and critique videos in program. I find that Vimeo seems "more professional" than yo*t*be and other services. The plus and pro functions speak to a care for your work. It adds a legitimacy to your work, and portfolio.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While this is a paid product, I promise it is worth it. The ability to have password protected videos, downloadability and high quality private links is extremely valuable. Your videos look better when played, and your profile will look cleaner and more professional than the other services. I completely recommend vimeo, like a fine wine, it's only getting better with age.

Weekly upload quota is limited if you have large video files

Embedding Vimeo videos on website or social channels - it's a great way to share our content with our audiences. Very easy to customize videos and share via private links or password protected links
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider using Vimeo Pro for your businesses - its a lot easier to use than YouTube in my opinion

What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo is an easy way to provide links for clients to access the videos we've produced for them. Links are as simple as any web link. You can make a video private and password protect it, unlist it, ensure only specific Vimeo users can see a video, etc.v
What do you dislike about the product?
It's 2018 and streaming shouldn't be complicated. Unfortunately, despite accessing Vimeo from many locations (home computer, office, mobile, client's offices) Vimeo has continued to prove its total incompetence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Vimeo Pro for uploading and presenting videos to clients. Vimeo was a simple way to share links to our work as well as keep videos password protected for clients.

It is easy to share high definition videos. The ease of use and interface were very user friendly even for a novice like myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited disk space for a basic user can be a hassle. it would be worth losing some of the video quality for the smaller files.

Video-sharing makes communication easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recomend having atleast 1TB of free space to if you want to extensively use the product. Simple uses of it require much less but to continully use it will require more space than i thought it would.

I really like how simple the userface is. It's very easy to understand and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can upload as much content as needed, that all videos are shareable with a link and able to be downloaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload speed is slow and the buffer on the website when jumping around in the video is distracting even with excellent internet.

The ability to get a video out to everyone who needs to see it.

The best and most affordable way to share my videos
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to upload and present videos to my clients. I like that videos can be password protected and remain private.

Ive had troubles with Consistentcy. I've had problems with my plalists and video collections.

Being able to allow clients to view only the videos specific to them and not allowing them access to my video library.
