Effortless video streaming with no ads
What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo Pro gives us a flexible and brandable platform to provide streaming or downloadable video files for our DIG IN prospects and customers. We looked at Wistia and YouTube, but Vimeo met our business needs best. The system uptime and availability has been solid and dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the fact that Vimeo lets me organize videos into albums, but the admin UI takes some time and trial and error to fully understand. Some of Vimeo's help files in the knowledge base are outdated. I'm also somewhat annoyed by the Vimeo "staff picks" videos that show up when our users access the site. Our audience is church ministry leaders and some of the video content on Vimeo is inappropriate for our user base. Fortunately, our direct links to the videos do not contain any pre or post roll ads, so it's not likely to be an issue when used as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The music videos and teaching videos we post on Vimeo are intended to be used in a children's Sunday school teaching environment, so it was critical for us to be able to avoid third-party ads and to have some control over the on-screen branding, which Vimeo Pro provides. Also, one of the key factors that won our business was providing multiple options for users to download videos for offline display.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free version. Upgrade to Pro if you need more uploads or bandwidth or if ad blocking is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it transformed my videos for my ads. They looked amazing!

Nothing. I’m just waiting until I can afford to purchase the full plan.

What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo makes it easy to record Quick videos or interviews it's a very convenient method to conduct employee interviews it makes it easy to conduct a one way interview it provides a really easy navigation system for video editing
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really think there was any particular thing that I dislike that I could put my finger on it I do feel it was a pretty easy software to navigate however there were a couple hiccups that should still be worked out

I realized it's simple to do video editing with Vimeo Pro and I can edit tons of videos simultaneously

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely helpful that we can replace a video file rather than having to upload new versions and delete the old.

I don't really have any complaints about the service.

Iteration and development of client content. Being able to replace content at the same link makes the process simpler.

I like that you're able to upload large video files that can then me tethered to another social media app

Not user friendly when it come to navigating through different areas of the site

VImeo Pro is intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive nature the tool, as well as the out of the box metrics that one can pull for video engagement at a high level. The customer service and account management is top notch as well and makes using the software a piece of cake (for the most part, and if you're an experienced video marketing professional ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more customization available to the end user to provide user created metrics that may be specific to the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking at as many relevant video metrics as possible to raise video related ad revenue for e-commerce products in the home space.

Reach the maximum potential of your videos
What do you like best about the product?
I like it a lot because it has solid privacy control functions and also the video review functions are excellent. The videos can be presented as private review links, which would allow private comments and a personalized interface for the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to deal with and identify errors because this application is phenomenal. I feel that what I receive for the annual fee is excellent, but, undoubtedly, as an independent filmmaker I find it a bit expensive. But even that seems a little exaggerated with what I got when using Vimeo Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Vimeo Pro, I could set up a premium section with videos that can only be seen as a member of (not free) Premium Plan. I set the videos to not only displayed on Vimeo and embedded in a particular domain. All without the need to house the videos myself so that videos load quickly and privacy we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are doing more than hosting a portfolio or some great videos that you have created, such as presenting videos for clients, you should look elsewhere. Vimeo will no longer cut it while there are better options available.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it was to use. The profile feature was cool. And it was easy to use with WordPress

I couldn’t find any one thing in particular I disliked.

Vimeo Pro is interesting in gay it’s a unique platform and has very effective features.

The program is not always very user friendly and is sometimes confusing
