Pretty Good
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the Vimeo encoder is great.

Sometimes the buffering can be a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video sharing is made easy with Vimeo Pro.. The benefits of this are huge, sending large video files is always a pain point..

The ease of use is the best feature. It is very intuitive and makes splitting a bill a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can see what other people have paid for recently. That means they can see me too...

Works as you would expect. Allows you to post interesting videos to showcase your work.

For our clients, Vimeo Pro allows us to white label videos, put them behind a login wall and customize everything from the color of the play button to where the video can be embedded.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. Although a free pro account would be nice this would not make for a good business model.

The ability to host videos privately without ads.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Vimeo is it allows you to upload videos from anywhere in the world

Then negatives involve problems with camera quality or sound but the better the computer the better the video!

Its ease of use. I needed to add a video to a company newsletter and it was extremely simple and easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the video to get ready.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to use it to add a video to our newsletter. This makes it an exciting read. The benefit is that I do not have to write any code to add it.

It’s not as widespread as YouTube which serves for some missed opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
When i've had issues (which were the fault of IOS, not vimeo), the vimeo team did a great job of offering potential solutions and workarounds. They responded extremely quickly to my questions and were just overall very helpful.
The vimeo platform itself has great privacy settings so I can decide exactly where I will allow my videos to be embedded.

What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't the fault of Vimeo but of Apple's operating system. iOS 11 did not work right with vimeo videos. They would freeze after a few minutes and not reload. This problem went on for about a year before apple fixed it. While not the fault of vimeo, those videos not playing for my viewers cost me a LOT of money from losing members to my paid videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having control over privacy settings has been wonderful. Being that the videos I upload to vimeo are behind a paywall through my website and patreon this is a big deal. This is something that other video upload sites lack. I ran into an issue where someone had taken all my unlisted patreon videos and made a public playlist with them on the platform I was previously uploading to. With Vimeo that can't happen!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While pricey compared to free uploads to youtube, it was worth it to me. The problem with not playing on all devices is still a thorn in my side. For the most part the problem seems to occur with iOS 11, but I've had others with different operating systems have trouble as well. I hope that apple puts more time into making vimeo work correctly with their devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Vimeo because it's efficient with presenting videos to candidates. It's a great way to promote a company's brand with a professional and personal touch. The videos can also be used to show the culture of a co. so a potential employee can make a well informed decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative comments or feedback about vimeo. A video is a great way for candidates to see the interaction between employees. And they can also watch videos from hiring managers.

The business problem that's being solved is showing the firms brand and culture to candidates.
